hmmm....

I'll have to look into this. I admittedly know very, very little about using Brawl hacks. :)

I don't even know how to begin, so it'd take some learning. ^_^
I'm going to post how to do this stuff, so's other people can see it, and so I can refer people to it when they ask questions.

First, follow the instructions given in either the BBrawl or Brawl+ topic, and install one of those. (I know BBrawl is pretty easy to follow at least -- haven't checked the Brawl+ thread.)

BBrawl/Brawl+ should have a text file that lists all the codes they use -- you can find this text file somewhere on their download site. You'll need to open that file, and paste in whatever codes you want. Feel free to delete codes you don't want.

You'll need to download this .exe: http://www.mediafire.com/?tmi1miwzwmu

That's the Code Manager. Place Code Manager in a folder called "pc" in the root of your SD Card. Open up Code Manager from there, and use it to open the codes text file. A list of checkboxes next to code names should show up -- check the box for each code you want on.

Then press "Export to GCT", and then "Store". And you're done!

Would anyone happen to know which SSE pac file number is the Shadow Bug No Platform Stage?
Ok, that stage is 420070.

For reference, if anyone wants it, here are the other platform arrangements for that stage:

420071 - 4 platforms, with the upper ones closer to the center and the lower ones closer to the outside edges
420072 - 3 platforms next to each other horizontally, all at the same height
420073 - 3 platforms; similar to the previous one except the far right platform is raised higher than the other two
420074 - 6 platforms; 3 vertical groupings of 2 platforms each. The outer 2 groupings are the same height while the center grouping is raised slightly above the rest.
420075 - 3 platforms; 2 next to each other at the same height, with 1 raised directly above the one on the left
420076 - 5 platforms; 3 in a row next to each other pretty high up and spaced apart, with 2 raised even higher positioned directly above the spaces between the other three
420077 - a vertical grouping of what looks like two of the smaller platforms from the other levels directly next to each other so they form one bigger platform; there are 3 of these "big" platforms stacked vertically
420078 - 4 platforms; 2 next to each other horizontally, with the other 2 both above and below the space between the horizontal ones
420079 - 2 platforms next to each other
420080 - 2 platforms next to each other, but the inner edges of the platforms are tilted upwards
420081 - 4 platforms in two groupings of 2 each; the inner edges of the lower 2 are tilted up while the other two are facing down

If anyone wants more clarification, I can write a better description or take a picture in BrawlScape.

K new stage. This one is good. No problems. Glitch free. Very neutral.

Its time for me to hit the hay. I should've gone to sleep 3 hours ago. No more stages from me tonight.
>:0

i cant download this stage unless i become a premium member

>:0

its sooooo good, i want it.

>:0

New stage up. Its the stage at 4:20 in this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NsyWvFClgT0#movie_player

The stage is quite interesting the lights go on and off. But this is normal. Its how the stage actually is. Its not like a violent flashing or anything. But the stage is fairly neutral, and no bugs, camera is fine.

All of these stages are great and I'll like to try some of them out but is there a way to just change the name from the wifi waiting room to whatever other stage I want to replace? just doing it that way causes me to get the beeeeeeeeeeep. I want to replace 75m or something.

Lemme check:
- I use NTSC brawl on pal wii, using NTSC codes and never had a problem
- file is in the right place, when I take it out rumble falls (wifi training room) is playable
- file is named correctly i guess
- what codes are you talking about?

Kinda sux not being able to do all stuff possible.:dizzy:
Are you sure you use a pal wii? Cause it won't work for me....=(

has anybody fixed the smash skiff stage yet?
Yes. All spawn points are PT friendly and the blast zones have been tweaked.
http://www.mediafire.com/?ibygzyygniw
The stage is built to load on the Wifi waiting room.

Allow me to introduce this stage.

This took a LONG time to get it to function properly.
It is stationary.
I had to find the collision data for these platforms which was in MiscData[101].
Then I had to take the stage position data from StgPosition01,
Take the model from another section and inject it in ModelData[1].
Then in order to move it away from the left, I had to modify it's X and Y axis in the asiba bones folder and adjust the camera, spawn points, and blasts zones accordingly.
The DL will be here when my connection is repaired.

I've been searching for a little more than an hour now, but I can't seem to find out where to put the .pac on the sd card..
I apologize, as this is apparently a very obvious question, but I am at a loss.

Can someone tell me the path, please.

Thanks

It's just like a normal stage texture:

Wow..I didn't even try that..
Being that it's more than a texture change, I assumed it wouldn't be this easy.

My fault- thank you for being kind.

Great job, by the way, Dantarion. I can't believe how easy you've made it.

Even I was caught offguard when PW released Project SA and made it a simple PAC file instead of something more complicated :p So you aren't alone

And thank Dantarion, not me

Smash Skiff looks sick. If it's bug-free, I think it should replace SSE Jungle as Brawl+'s final starter stage.

Edit: Oops I didn't mean Smash Skiff, I meant this one, whatever it's called:

It is stationary.
I had to find the collision data for these platforms which was in MiscData[101].

So is there no way to get this code to work through the usb loader? I dumped whole game and re added it into the usb loader but still doesn't work.

Heya guys I've been lurking around for a while and have managed to do most things except load SSE Stages.

I get the BEEEEEP of doom when trying to load the SSE stage via WWR. I can get WWR by replacing Hanenbow with the Balanced Brawl codeset.

I haven't inputted any extra codes so maybe I'm missing something. Do I need the Alternate Stage Loader Code to play SSE stages? Or do I just stick the .pac file in like any other stage texture?

So, these stages are really big.
Seriously. I was really excited about all this and a lot of that faded when me and my friends realized how huge all the stages were. Really takes a lot out of it. Almost every single one of them needs to have their blast zones edited. I would do it if I knew how.

I'm still freezing up when trying to load SSE stages. I don't know what's wrong. Maybe I have too many codes or something.

Also, if you can replace Final Destination or any other regular map other than WiFi Waiting Room, that would mean it would be possible to play online with SSE stages right?

That's pretty much all you need for it to work...If that's not the problem then the .pac might just be messed up.

As for your other question, you would just desync, I've tried it before.

Should post that here: http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=254125 as well.

Although I wish that thread OP was a little more tidy. Could also use a section for levels with not-huge blast zones, ie: this stage, and the edited Smash Skiff and Jungle files, which I'm not sure where I can find right now.

Yeah, can someone post all the normal sized stages? Some of the huge boundaries are preventing us from having serious matches on otherwise good stages, because people don't die when they should. And is Eternal Yoshi ever going to post that new stage?
