how strong does the connection have to be? i figure a tethered iPhone 3gs would be able to cover that.

Streaming requires a large amount of bandwidth.
Like I said, I've run countless amount of streams. Phase can't support it. Unless we move on to another venue better internet, it isn't happening.

I live here at the apartments. I know how bad it is. Stop asking. We can't support a stream. There is no fixing it until I find someplace better... And that's if the place I find has Internet, which they might not. So we might never have a stream.

Do you think it would still be meaningful to have commentary despite no livestream? It may sound pointless but still makes the videos muuuch better and more inviting to be watched.

This tournament is going to have a huge focus on Brawl Doubles as the primary/main event, similar to what Centex did. Attendees should prepare themselves for the most intense challenge of teamwork that they will ever experience.

- Brawl Doubles entry fee has been changed from $5 to $10.
- There will be a bonus pot of $50 for 1st place in Brawl Doubles, $25 for 2nd, and $10 for 3rd.
What are Achievements?
One thing you'll notice is something new called "Achievements." If your team can accomplish 1 or more of these achievements, then your team will receive a $5 cash prize (you cannot receive multiple prizes even if your team completes multiple achievements). At the end of the tournament, the team that has completed the most achievements will receive a special prize (to be announced).

- Pull off a 0-death combo in a 2v1 situation without taking damage (replay required).
- Lose the first teams match (go to losers bracket) and make it all the way back to grand finals.
- Beat a team without your team losing a stock the entire match (2/3 games).
- Heal your teammate more than 300% in one game.
- Win a match (2/3 games) as double Ganon.
- Win a game with your teammate doing 0% damage.
- Combo an opponent from a G&W's 9 into another G&W's 9 (replay required).
- I'm open for more ideas. Post them!

On the one saying heal your teammate for 300% do you need to win the match?
Also potential achievements I thought of are:
Ending a match leading to sudden death with 3 or more players.
Breaking both opponent shields during a set (doesn't have to be at the same time)
Save your partner from death by footstooling him.
Footstool combo leading to death.
Winning a 1v2.
Will post more later.

There has only been melee once and it was this most recent one. I have no idea but the results thread would know!

- Getting a Triple KO, all at once from one attack
- Not having a Metaknight in your team
- Wombo Combo
- Making it to quarter-finals using only Low-tiers

WTF you can't accept real Brawl more than any smasher I know.
Acheivement Ideas:
- One player has to get all 6 KO's on the opposing team.
- One teammate has to take fewer than 100% per match for a 2/3 set.

If you hit him out of the Up-B, there is a lingering/invisible hitbox of the jetpack explosion that hurts you if you hit it.
