@Max10n I'm glad I'm not the only one who does it. Gives me a bit of legitimacy, it's nice.

And feel free. I give no guarantees about my availability, but otherwise nothing wrong with conversation.

@Baby_Sneak Booty, son.

Booty is love, booty is life.

@automatic It's true. We're kind of like the liver of the Smash community.

We process lots of alcohol and you can't live without us.

@Fizzy I'll make that my other project this morning. Should be fun.

lmfao. Genius.

And I'm just as bad about being on Skype, it's more to have you I.C.E. Like I'm super drunk and somehow on Skype.

@Baby_Sneak Wait why are you on the Pika boards? At least you found the best thread on SWF.

I don't process any alcohol... I'm not even sure I'm allowed to work with it at only 18, but I'll see about an internship at Anheuser-Busch or something. Gotta help out somehow.

I still don't understand this Midna obsession. Is this because I never really played Twilight Princess?

Yes, and you are making Midna very sad.

Go play it, it's good.

Tbh tp was an excellent game. I'm biased as a speedrunner of tp since I see and play it differently, but I really liked tp's more dark atmosphere as opposed to other Zelda's that felt more happy.

Link is the hero in more ways than he's ever been. He saves his entire village, he protects them in kakariko, he fosters the friendship of an ally who at first wanted to use him. On short link does work as the hero and really proves himself to be hero material rather than just doing the bare minimum: he's a hero of his people who ends up becoming more than just that

is a person really a hero if we can't look up to their ability to be lazy? i mean, that has to be the reason they always wait until there are seconds left on the bomb to disarm it.

TP was phenomenal, but only to fans who grew up with Zelda and the music. If TP is your first Zelda, or you played it for the first time less than a month after playing the older games, you'll miss tons of subtext.

The game was an homage to Zelda's past, with much better character design than WW, and a fleshed out Hyrule that felt much more alive than SS. Add legitimate character development, theatrical cinematic direction, and some of the best dungeon design all across the board: TP is a great Zelda game and my personal favorite.

It also was the most mature, thematically: The Zora storyline that culminated in Link retrieving the armor of his forebearer, the overly Japanese Goron culture, Zant's corruption through power and Ganondorf, and the constant theme of sacrifice for survival.

Oh, and the first Zelda character to actually have a personality, the Queen herself, Midna. She's a disdainful wretch of Twilight who had been meandering about Hyrule without hope or allies before finding Link. She remains a bother up until you discover the reason Twilight has spread, where the game has a massive transition in theme/plot set to one of the best Zelda songs ever. From that point on she's the voice of Link, something Link will never have.

Zelda is as glorious as you make it, It's one of the greatest RPG's of all time. I wholeheartedly believe if you don't like Zelda, you're not embracing it with an open mind. Zelda takes creativity, and suspension of reality, as all good fantasy does. Play TP if you haven't, you're missing one of the best games to hit the Gamecube.

WW is the Ruby/Sapphire of Zelda. It's good, it's not great, and casuals revere it as the best in the series.

Wasn't Twilight Princess a Wii game?

For what it's worth, I always though Yellow was arguably the best in the series.

Also, Sapphire had Latias. What more could you want out of Pokemon than a big adorable flying dragon? Oh wait I know:

The best [non-legendary] Pokémon ever created (besides Pikachu of course, but it really is a toss-up...). So I guess the best Pokémon game is Silver or Yellow (although since I lack Gold and Crystal I may be biased).

It came out on both and the GC version has much better controls. The wii version is like the Okami port imo, you're better off with a normal controller.

thank you so much maaaaan sempai. I love tp, mostly due to the dynamic character development of midna and how link is portrayed in the game. I rolfd hard at TWW comment because its so true.
GC TP for master race. better controls plus all the good glitches. Have you ever seen wolf link ride epona? let me show you the way sometime

also damn right latias was one of the best things to come out of R/S

Thor liking Wooper is adorable. And ofc it brought some good pokemon, it just should be called Pokemon Rose with the tinted glasses people see it with.

I wanna play Hyrule Warriors as Ganon now. q.q
