I've been getting by fairly well with what I have though I feel I might have to hit the burger joint across the street this weekend.

Nuzlocke Report: After derping a bit and not noticing one spining panel in Lysandre Labs, I spent two days running across Kalos looking for "a certain scientist" he was talking about just to discover she was in a room I didn't look into (her name was Mabel btw).
Anyway, everything went Smoothly, captured Yveltal, made it through everything, captured a Pupitar (a Tyranitar to be!), beat the Last Gym (but I lost Venusaur in the way), and went into the Victory Road.

....
Just to lose my progress because the cat was asking for attention, and while taking care of it, the battery ran out, and now I have to go all the way back to right before the Machine Activation.

I think that the hardest part about working out is knowing that if I want to do that tomorrow (today) then i have to do it before the feast, but i dont like to workout during the day. Hope everyone has a good one, I know I will since I have my birthday this coming saturday.

In other news, im considering learning to speedrun metroid fusion, my perfect goodra is coming along nicely, and my current nuzlocke of B/W is kinda saddening. I lost my snivy on the first gym, and a herdier. So far I have a tympole, a pidove, and a watchog. If anyone wants to be named after any of the things on my team tell me and Ill keep the status of my run updated on here.

Your cat is a savior. Get it right, don't lose Venusaur this time.

So, if I don't plan on running Return, is there a reason to use the Amie thing to raise affection?

So, if I don't plan on running Return, is there a reason to use the Amie thing to raise affection?

Yes. At a minimum, from a practical standpoint, they receive an experience multiplier. It's one hour of your time now that saves hours later.

Single-player benefits abound beyond that. Pseudo-sturdy, pseudo-heals, increased crits, dodge, and damage - all that, on anything, for the low, low price of wiggling a stylus around a bit. Even if none of it is guaranteed to happen at any specific time, it's still pretty damn OP, and needless to say it doesn't cross over to multi. But done early enough it too will assist with training (once your team OHKOs or 2HKOs anything it's training on, it's a moot point).

Also you can pet them after they get a KO. That's apparently a thing, if you're into it.

I read a guide once that detailed a pretty speedy method for cranking up affections, and I've optimized it for my own use. You know how much time I've got these days, so when I say this is fast as ****, you trust the shades.

How To Make Your Pokemon Stupid Happy In Four Easy Steps

Prereqs: You'll need to have unlocked the Unlimited level of the Head It minigame. Optimally you should also know the favorite petting spot of the 'mon in question. If you don't know it, it won't take long to figure it out. You'll get a higher-pitched rubbing sound and their facial expression will change.

1: Pet your 'mon until it produces hearts, then do so again. Subsequent times will produce additional hearts, but at progressively longer intervals; I personally found that anything past two pettings is inefficient, but do as you like. Eventually petting simply produces a note, at which point you'll have to move to step 2 to progress.

2. Play a game of Unlimited Head-It. Reach a score of at least 100, then intentionally let the rest pass. You should receive three Deluxe Poke Puffs. Repeat this procedure one more time, for a total of six Deluxe Poke Puffs.

3. Feed the Deluxe Poke Puffs to your new best friend until it cannot eat any more. This is where the majority of the hearts come from, so stuff 'em. You'll have to wiggle the puff around in front of their mouth a few times when they start getting full; when they're absolutely done, they'll turn their head away. If you find yourself in this position, hover the puff over the Poke Puff icon to put it back; don't drop it or your 'mon will get pissed.
It's not cruel; the puffs are really damn tasty.

4. Repeat steps 1-3, in that order, ad nauseam.

Affection doesn't decrease over time; once you complete this procedure, you'll never have to do it again.

**** no. People in Philly are way too crazy.... although one of my friends did go out for a TV from the local Walmart. People were already camping out at 4pm. (no) I'd rather wait and pay normal sale prices or order online.

A friend of mine used to start camping out at Best Buy on Tuesday before. He'd always have a Melee set-up and a really long extension cord.

I'd have a melee set-up as well. You need ranged attacks to beat people back en masse as well as riot shield peeps at the perimeters.

Happy birthday, Latias!

I decided to use the skills I acquired to obtain my Photoshop certification to recreate your avatar (this is a masterpiece if I do say so myself):

Great gift, or the greatest gift?

thanks everybloody. Diggin the avy slush and even though your painting skills are less than stellar, your goodra avatar will have a special place in my heart/desktop vale. greatest gift, or natural gift (wanted to make a stupid pokepun)

@geo: fortunatley my goodras ivs are stellar an amazing, mine im not so sure. I at least have high attack and speed now, though my defense could use more work.

@vinyl: lmao that joke was miserable, but it did make me laugh

@auto: thanks brosef. have fun being in humboldt and make sure to check out the place Cafe Moka at some point if you like scandanavia feels and hot tubs

I've been gone two whole days and y'all haven't buried my last post a few pages deep yet.

I believe this site spazzing theory holds weight.

It's a pain for those that type walls of texts. Well, that is the good of copy and paste.

Not it.

Holiday movie night on the 19th! If you got any suggestions (the cheesier, the better), post 'em.

Also, saw this on Tofer's wall.... I got Lapras. :bee:

I just looked straight at Poliwhirl, which is my favourite one. Works for me.

I think we should watch Pikachu's Winter Vacation (and then something else). I've attended 0 of these before and will probably miss this one, so I feel qualified to make this suggestion.
