Yes (if you don't let go for at least a frame, the game'll think you're holding the button). I mean if you're frame-perfect, you'll just do one jump, but accounting for human error, you'll prob double jump.

Not possible to buffer with 4 frames alone. Best you could do is buffer while another move is going on.

I think the easiest way to buffer multiple jumps is to use tap jump. For some reason, buffering a single tap jump will buffer multiple jump inputs.

All the baby-boom teenagers are now moved out for college and thus there was a lack of 'treaters that I actually considered two unopened candy bags and a half is a personal haul already.
For the most part this is essentially what happened at my place too for halloween. A whole bag of butterfingers and reese's peanut butter cups.

I actually was waiting for somebody to link to this.
