man, the new characters are being built up pretty well. nice little drama they got goin on, and we learned it in just a few chapters. van der decken, hodi jones, shirahoshi, madam shirley, neptune, big mam... great storytelling!

i really do wonder what happened between zoro and mihawk.

Out of all the Strawhats, I am most interested in knowing Zoro's 2 years. Luffy is second, but I would definitely like to know what Zoro went through. If anything, Oda should stop with this Chopper Hero nonsense, and make a Zoro side story or explore the Strawhats 2 years apart.

When Zoro popped out I was kinda dissapointed because he always gets the limelight. One of the biggest factors of hype for the time jump is seeing the improvement of the crewmates, but I was like, "Oh, Zoro saves the day..... alright whatever."

hey since the new manga wont be out for a while i am going to post something not really one piece related, i figure u guys wont mind since u all seem to be pretty chill people.

1: i use to come to smashboards more often so holy **** i just noticed choknater's avatar pic is no longer (what i guessed was) him with a straw hat holding his arm like he was luffy when did that change.

2: while reading this thread i started thinking how funny a similar thread about DBZ when it first came out would be. (i know the internet was not around, or at least not as it is today) but just imagine the posts. "OMG Goku has a brother he is going to be so awesome/impotent" "that vegeta is such a **** good thing goku's going to kill him". just imgaine how funny some of the posts and predictions would of been in hindsight.

(now to slightly connect this to one piece)
3: when one piece is all said and done does anyone think some of these post will be pretty funny, or do some people look back to the early post in this thread and already think some of the guesses and predictions are funny.
