LOL at Sanji's nose bleed....

Sanji - "He's friends...with that Empress!!?"
*Sanji grabs Luffy*
Sanji - "WERE YOU SERIOUSLY TRAINING!?!?!"
Luffy - "Yeah, the whole time"
Sanji - "You..!! You know where I was?!?!..I was.."

Best scene in that chapter

Failure. It was a good chapter and everything, but
Perona? Really? When I saw the Perona ghost, I almost fell off of my chair, and there she was and I was like "NOOOOO!!!!!" Of course, that was until I noticed that her reappearance wasn't anything special and it was alongside all of the other "friends" that the Straw Hats met on their respective islands. Before that, I was very worried. Now of course why this still fails is the explanation Oda used for bringing Perona alongside. It's a flawed one. Zoro did not need her, he had a vivre card. Not even Zoro could get lost with that, seriously. So now I realize Oda isn't perfect. He made a mistake here. But oh well, at least it's not major, at least Perona didn't decide to tag along. Instead we can just pretend that reason was never mentioned.

Otherwise, Luffy's shock face (with the gleams/stars in his eyes) was just really priceless in this chapter. I couldn't stop laughing!

i dont think Zoro could have made it with a vivre card. He's Zoro. i wouldn't be surprised at all if he got lost.

Zoro needs some one to navigate for him. I think in Skypeia he took a wrong turn 20 feet away from where he started (or maybe it was Enies Lobby). That's part of his character; he is the absolute worst at directions. Having some one go with him only makes sense, especially if we assume Mihawk's Castle is far away from the Archipelago. Even Sanji, Ussopp, Chopper had help getting there; why wouldn't Zoro?

^Bassoonist hates Perona.

T_T
I do not. I like her new design, I just think the reasoning as to why she had to accompany Zoro is faulty.

It's a VIVRE CARD. I don't see how Zoro could get lost with that, unless he lost it, of which Perona wouldn't have been any help for him anyway. Sanji, Usopp, and Chopper all probably needed the help of their islandmates. Chopper did for sure, it can be assumed with Usopp, and Sanji, well, I don't know. It probably just wasn't an offer he could refuse. lol. (they probably wouldn't let him take one of their boats away for good, I don't know.)

Zoro on the other hand didn't need Perona. Mihawk gave him a boat, and he had the vivre card. Add that onto the fact that Zoro is a very independent person and would not even begin to think of asking Perona to join him. Nor would he even know that he needed her help (if he did, which he shouldn't have.)

But whatever it can be ignored, as I said. Perona isn't joining the Straw Hats. She was just there to fend off the marines, like everybody else's islandmates were. I guess a character in such a small role doesn't need a good reasoning? =P

I'm no fan of Perona either and I hate it when people think she is going to join the Straw Hats, but it's no stretch of the imagination to see her escorting Zoro to Saobody. This is the same Zoro who, just two issues back, went on the wrong boat headed to fishman island because he's just a knuckle dragging moron when it comes to directions. It's one of his flaws; no matter what, he gets lost.

Also, I don't remember them getting Vivre cards; I believe Luffy just said "Meet back here", not "Here's a Vivre card; find me".

Crimany. Really? Maybe he hitched a ride in her umbrella. It doesn't matter, quit being so meticulous.

Also, I don't think just having a vivre card would help on its own. You still need to know your way around to get to your destination.

They were all given Vivre Cards just before they had split up to go kill time and hide while the ship's coating was being done.

And Zoro may have a vivre card... but he's still Zoro.
While I do like Perona, I doubt she'll join the Strawhats. I don't see why she would unless the story forces her to.

Zoro couldn't fond his way out of a tunnel even if the light was showing

Man, why is is so hard to find OP clips on youtube? I was trying to find the Zoro and Kuma moment, and the best I could get was no subbed footage of him taking Luffy's pain.

Most of them are AMV's now, The ones I remember using actual audio was Zoro using Shi Shi Son Son, or Lion's Song, cutting open Kuma on the shoulder, and another was with Zoro vs. Ryuma. They were one of the only ones that were not AMV'd. Most of the actual audio clips of One Piece was taken off of Youtube by Funimation for stupid copyright BS.

Yea, I seriously hate it when people don't label their videos as AMVs just to get views -_-...bunch of ******** scrubs should be kicked off of youtube.

Yeah, I hate when people do that. The same goes for fan made openings.
The view counts for some of them are really high too, so it's hard to find what you're looking for.

nah
dragon saved him, hes probably a revolutionary now
Dragon didnt save him.

Tenryuubito blew up his ship i mean we didn't see him actually die & killing a kid would be cruel so theres a possibility he is still alive
i still think sabo is dead

forgot to add the spoilers sorry about that

It's supposed to be made apparent by the date, being after the fire and the day Sabo set sail was when Dragon rescued him, but the translation wasn't that great.

Oda wouldn't have gone through that entire backstory and have Sabo die in a not-dramatic way. I always figured he was alive, haha. And yeah, Dragon saving him was pretty obvious, there's no one else he would have been saving, other than Sabo.

I also don't think Mr. 2's dead X:
Or at least I reeeally hope he isn't :(

I should really post more in here.

It could just be done to show how much Luffy has lost, but yeah, the the person they saved who had "horrible wounds" couldn't really be anyone but Sabo.

oh and Mr. 2 died in the most heroic and manly way possible. He will be missed :(
If Magellan didn't kill him, he's just been rotting up in level six for the past 2 years. I can't imagine he's managed to defeat Magellan and escape Impel Down.
