I personally doubt he has a akuma no mi but he defnitely has some extreme power over weather shown when he saves luffy from smoker

rayleigh doesnt have a akuma no mi
nor does garp
nor do half of the straw hats (no brooke's devil fruit shouldnt even be considered devil fruit other than he's a hammer in water) who are all very powerful
im still drooling to see dragon, shanks and the rest of his crew, kaido+big mom, gorosei, kong in fighting

I'm personally fascinated the most by Trafalgar Law's devil fruit.
I also vote him "Best name in the series".

Brook ate a fruit and didn't gain any particular change until after he died. But seeing as how he'd still be dead if he hadn't eaten the fruit in the first place, I'd argue his fruit should very much be considered as it seems to be active all the time, it's just a passive power.
So consider all the advantages of being an animated skeleton. They've already established that he's really light. He can't really get stabbed right? And he has "NO STOMACH, YOHOHO", so does he ever really need to eat? And if he doesn't get killed in battle, how exactly can he die, if ever?

That trailer looked pretty neat for the upcoming movie. Luffy using a bazooka though...wtf?
Though I must say, I would sure love to see another theme play out in the movies beside "I LOVE MY NAKAMA! GTFO!" kinda plot z.z. Reminds me of Naruto too much. That and maybe even an awesome Sanji, Luffy, and Zoro vs the final guy in a grand finale. Kinda like when they fought that pacifista robot. That was epic.
