I would think it would only affect a very small group...and that's assuming you know where EVERYONE in the bracket is from...there could be some randoms from Texas but we wouldn't know because they're randoms...

Also, keep in mind that MLG used random seeding, so lots of people got easy/hard brackets depending on how lucky they were.

Look in the context of how this PR system works, look how points are allocated to each person, and realize just how many people in texas DIDN't play other people also from texas.

If u can't figure out why MLG dallas won't be counted, then there's nothing I can do for you.

If TX doesn't play against TX how can you get and accurate measure of skill from the TX players as a whole reflecting who is better results wise?
