One thing that confuses me, Why aren't the people that're retired in A collapse tag under F-tier? (Or Above S-Tier) Is it cause there's no point in having that done since most of the retired players aren't really retired...

To my knowledge, no.

I also like the idea of making retired players in collapse tags. Cleans up the PR and makes it really easy to pinpoint retired players should they come back for a tournament here and there.

Retired doesn't mean a person isn't able to enter tourneys every so often. Like, I still enter local tournaments for lulz. But as far as traveling anywhere outside of my own city, it's 99.9% unlikely.

But I do consider myself retired.
