Toon Link is just Young Link in a different art style. That's the most recent and still-used art style in the latest young Link's games. That's why Young Link is now called Toon Link and looks like TWW Link in Brawl.

And Majora's Mask is almost 10 years old. Young Link (even if he's called Toon Link) wouldn't use the masks in SSB4.

Skull kid has only played a REAL role in MM like Pieman said. Which I'm assuming is the skull Kid we were talking about, with the mask. And since we were talking about MM YL he owuldnt be a clone at all if he were true to MM. He could transform between Deku Scrub, Zora and Goron making him very original.

I never said that he couldn't use Masks, I just thought it wasn't likely and if SK gets in I would prefer him be w/ MM, but he could be like the one in TP but that's not likely either.

Rosalina or Hammer Bro.? Honestly? Not Toad? (If you're going for generic) Rosalina was only in one game (2 if she's in SMG2), not a fighting type of person.

Midna, As much as she might be cool (see Rosalina) only in one game and she missed her chance. Toon Sheik better not happen, as I've said before I'd rather have Toon Ganondorf if we put in Toon _____

They made Hammer Bro an assist trophy so there's a chance he could be playable. Though Toad is in alot of games he just wouldn't fit as a fighter imo. Let Toad stay being Peach's B move. Also toad would be a pretty cool addition, he should of been in brawl imo. Might as well have put him in, they have all the rest of the cast. Bowser Jr. - Pretty popular, significant character. There's a lot of Bowser Jr. hate, but there's a lot of BJ love as well. And Sakurai doesn't conduct hate polls.

Toad - He's been around a lot longer than BJ, but he's being changed into generic NPC species rather than an actual character.

Dr. Mario - Filler. 'Nuff said.

Rosalina - Will most ilkely be appearing in Galaxy 2, which means she'll be released soon before the SSB4 polls are conducted. Of course, if Sakurai builds the roster before he conducts the polls again, this won't help her much. Between Galaxy games, she'll probably be making enough Mario Kart appearances to keep her alive.

Waluigi - For some reason, has decent popularity.

Daisy - Filler Peach clone. (Very, very unlikely)

That's pretty much it for possible Mario characters.

long time ago, I made a moveset for toad. it involved a bazooka, a dance move, and a jetpack, tyoadsworths stick, the toad brigade, a flag, a shield, a spear, and physical attacks.

I could add some kung fu from paper mario.

Glad you tried it out, pretty solid for an old nes game, and yeah I'd love to see what they could do with the gravity thing......just imagine walking around on the bottom side of a platform when someone is on top. Or in the temple at the bottom of the stage running around oin the roof and firing down at people or something. Him being that fireball would be really cool too when changing gravity.

I can see it being like R.O.B's Up B that it alters his gravity for a set amount of time, then recharges, and yes the fireball/grav change combo would be quite sick.

You're far overestimating Rosalina. I'd argue that Waluigi and Geno have better chances right now.
