Indeed it is. The only real complaint I have about it is that the settings are kind of the same, but outside of that, its a great game. I think Galaxy is a bit better than it, but then again, the two games are actually pretty far apart, Galaxy being much more linear, while Sunshine is more open ended. I guess then yu could say that 64 is a mix then, but it still isn't as fun as either in my opinion. (Still a good game though, don't get me wrong)
I thought Sunshine felt a lot more like 64 than Galaxy did. Idk why.

Oh, cool then. well Toad's cool but I'd rather have Paper Mario first as long as he's not a late addition (doesn't matter if he's announced late just as long as he's worked on w/ a PM partners n stuff)

And I like Mewtwo............what would his FS be? (not something including armor from a certain movie that he didn't even like)

Mewtwo's FS... that's a good question. It could be completely original... some of the brawl characters had original Final Smashes.

Personally I see his as just being a huge explosion of purple flames. But it could possibly be something like Luigi's, and freeze opponents to the extent of a stopwatch's affect.

It uses Psychic to send a random opponent to the blast zone. That's my idea.
Hmmmm, well I honestly have no idea, btw what blast zone?

Maybe it could be something where he could float around the entire stage like Supersonic, but the FS isn't like SS just how he can fly/float around, and then *blank*

The only game (besides the Mario Party/sports games) that catered to casuals at that time was Animal Crossing, but even that had NES games to play. the N64 WOULD have been (and should have been) the best Nintendo system ever (Best Mario and Zelda games in the series, first 3D system, the first ever M-rated game by Nintendo), BUT it had huge flaws- mostly due to a huge fallout between them and their former Second party company, Square. This is where the major problem with Nintendo began- lack of third party support. all of the critically acclaimed games (except Goldeneye) on the N64 were only Nintendo games, and everything else was an underrated cult classic. this was what cost them the console war of the N64 era and what nearly killed them in the GC era- besides, most fans actually consider the SNES as the best Nintendo system(yours truly included.)

And they didn't complain about the game's quailities-because the games are still good. You make it sound like Galaxy and TP were crushing disappointments worse then the CD-i games, when that's obviously not true. yes they were not quite as good as 64 or Ocarina, but then again, do you see Konami fans saying the company is abandoning them because they haven't made a game as good as SOTN? or Capcom fans saying that because MM9 was not as great as MM2? no. Besides, what they were complaining about was that THEY DIDN'T GET more games- which is sad, because 3 new Marios, 2 new Zeldas, a new Metroid, a new Professor Layton, a new Golden sun, and a new Sin and Punishment should be more than enough. Yes, there are Casual games, but a ton of said games are based of games from the past. Wii Fit/Wii sports is pretty much World Class track Meet, Brain Age is DK jr. Math, and Warioware:Myself is Mario Paint combined with...well, Warioware. and Professor Layton is an Adventure game, which is one of the ORIGINAL hardcore gaming genres. It's like I said, they are catering to EVERYONE-and developers noticed, when the Wii and DS started getting more diverse games on their systems, like HOTD Madworld and a GTA game. but no "fans" noticed. big surprise.
You have to be completely joking if you're implying that NINTENDO(of all game companies right now) is appealing to hardcore fans. This statement isn't merely something made up by some people that are angry with Nintendo, it's commonly agreed to be true, even by non-Nintendo fans. I probably should have clarified in my post about TP and Galaxy. I wasn't saying that they were disappointing because they weren't as good as the previous one in the series, it's just that they could've been so much better if Niintendo cared more about their old fans.

What I mean by this is that Nintendo blatantly said in front of their fans "We're dumbing down Zelda". Now tell me how any hardcore gamer could be happy with Nintendo after hearing this statement? They're basically saying,"We're screwing over the game for actual gamers so we can make more money off of Grandpa's and 5 year olds". Capcom, Konami, or whatever other company you named didn't blatantly make the game overall worse for its hardcore supportive fanbase did they? Sure, maybe MM9 wasn't as good as MM2 in some people's eyes, but they didn't take the obvious approach that Nintendo did with their so called "hardcore" games. Hell, there's even an article stating that Nintendo is reaching out to Non-gamers now, instead of the active gamers. (They didn't exactly say that, but you could get the general idea of what they were saying if you read the article.)

Old, hardcore Nintendo fans have a right to be mad with Nintendo. They supported Nintendo since the very beginning and Nintendo just stabbed them in the back when they made the Wii. About 70% of the Wii's library is filled with these stupid garbage party games. That alone is something that could make an old Nintendo fan cry, LMAO. I mean look at Sony and Microsoft. They generally seem to be pleasing their hardcore fans(basically the people that stuck with you since you began and supported you all the way) as well as maybe even appealing a bit to the casuals. No offense to the Wii, but why would I play any of its trash party games when I have Natal(Microsoft's attempt to throw Nintendo out of business), along with all of my kicka** hardcore games like Gears of War, Halo, etc.

Have you even played the CD-i games?

And I agree that Sunshine was not a disappointment... The main issue I had with it was that they didn't have too much variety in the worlds, all of them being water-based, and I didn't like how there were a smaller number of larger worlds instead of a larger number of smaller worlds (another variety thing), but it's still a very unique, very fun game in my opinion. If not for the one blue coin that made the game freeze I would have 100%d it.

On-topic: I doubt Mewtwo is coming back (I am not trying to cause a debate here, so ignore this if you disagree) but his Final Smash could be a mind control thing. Say, he possesses another character for thirty seconds or so, and is able to use them to score KOs counting for him, and when they die it counts for Mewtwo (with the Final Smash then ending). It could work for a fifth gen movie Pokemon should they be another psychic type.

(Idea from MasterWarlord's MYM3 Cervantes moveset)

What does everyone think about a card battle game as a spin-off Smash game?
A video game or a TCG?

Cuz a TCG might be worth it w/ PBs ATs Items Field Cards (or Stage Cards in this case) and Fighters...

Off topic: I'd like some Epic match ups in SSB4 like Lucario VS Mewtwo, Toon Gannon VS TL or Ganondorf, 'n stuff like that. The only one we have now is Ganondorf VS Link/TL and Marth VS Ike

Nintendo actually did something remotely intelligent by appealing to casual fans. It's a market that had never been targeted before, and Nintendo reaped massive profits from it. They're not actively trying to screw over hardcore fans. They're doing what they need to do to stay in business. Remember that Nintendo is a company that has made playing cards, food and been a hotel chain. Nintendo will do whatever it takes to stay alive. At any rate, I would expect the casual stuff to taper off. Mostly because Nintendo can't really do much for a new-console gimmick that will actually be popular among casuals.

tl;dr: Not appealing to casuals=bad for business

(As for something kinda on topic)

I wouldn't really like a trading card game. Really, I'd rather see SSBRPG.

So...Would anyone be upset if the classic characters were all grouped together in a "retro" category, wether it be in the form of a universal symbol or just it's own collumn on the selection sceen

Thanks glad you like, he's meh fav so I REALLY wanted to make a moveset for him, took some time but I like it.

ShinoandtheBallonFighter, 1. idk there was a contest 2. I thought that was only for "complete" movesets, mine doesn't have the technical stuff

and no they should all have different symbols like from R.O.B. to G&W but should be in the same column

Agreed. Not to mention that appealing to casuals is literally the one thing that saved them from the brink of disaster. More details can be seen here: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TakeAThirdOption. As for Nintendo games not being "hardcore"...Punch-Out would like to have a word with you.

Also, yeah, I'm not appealed by the whole TCG concept either.

I'd prefer the retro characters to have their own column. They should use their own series symbols.

What do you guys (above) think of my Paper Mario Moveset?
It's not bad, although some moves are a tad unwieldy in execution.

Thats not epic. Darkrai or Deoxys vs Mewtwo is epic.
¦3
just like the manga (without the gore)
Pokemon Adventures, right? I never saw the gore coming, either (though I don't mind it).

On my part, some epic match-ups that I want to see are the following:

Mona Vs. Syrup
Captain Falcon Vs. Mach Rider
Bowser Vs. Geno
Little Mac Vs. Star Man
Bowser Vs. King Dedede Vs. King K. Rool
Krystal Vs. Wolf

Blue? A rather cocky young man, Blue is the player's rival in the first generation of Pokemon, as well as a Gym Leader in the second generation. In both incarnations he's unique for not sticking to one type of Pokemon - Blue uses a wide variety of Pokemon, his team in Smash representing nine different types! No matter what his incarnation, though, Blue isn't the friendliest guy, bidding the player farewell with his line "Smell ya later!" and always being surprised when he's defeated.

In Smash, he's sure not to lose! He has a balanced team consisting of the aerialist Pidgeot, the mindgamer Alakazam, the ground-based Rhydon, the ferocious Arcanine, the hulking Exeggutor and the atrocious Gyarados. Whatever the foe throws at him, Blue has the versatility to deal with it.

All of Blue's Pokemon have their own Down Specials. Tap the Down Special input as you would a Smash Attack to use Blue's version of Pokemon Change instead. A small menu (ripped straight from the games) pops up in front of Blue. You are given two seconds to choose a Pokemon to switch to, the current Pokemon being totally invincible for the two seconds you're given. Select one with the analog stick and press A to send out a new Pokemon where the last one was. They're invincible too as if they just respawned, albeit temporarily. Like Pokemon Trainer, you can select your "starter" at the select screen, and all of Blue's Pokemon share the same damage and stock count. To prevent stalling, you can still switch for the ten seconds after you switched, but without any invincibility whatsoever... Super armor? What good would super armor do to the switch? The foe would just rack all hell of damage on the first Pokemon, then fully charge a smash before the next one comes out. Steven Stone not only has no playstyle to playing with all six, but no possibility to, ololololol

Pidgeot

Special Attacks

Neutral Special - Whirlwind - Pidgeot flaps his wings once (which will be a common animation, by the way, if you're a mindgame *****) and summons a small whirlwind, like the kind you see sometimes on a windy day when a bunch of leaves are swirling around. The same concept applies here: a small, Kirby-sized wind hitbox will travel in a straight path away from Pidgeot. This Whirlwind will act like a weak grab hitbox, picking up any foe, item, minion, ect. It moves along the ground at Jigglypuff's run speed and travels a maximum distance of one-fourth Final Destination. This is increased if the move is charged; every time you tap B consecutively, Pidgeot will flap his wings more to build up the power. For each tap, the Whirlwind's attributes are multiplied by 1.1 and you can augment it up to ten times. Very low lag on a flap of a wing.

Alakazam

#65

...

Special Attacks

Neutral Special - Kinesis - Alakazam touches two fingers to his head in concentration as he detaches a single spoon from his palm. Tilt the analog stick to the left or right and Alakazam psychically bends it by the tip either counterclockwise or clockwise, respectively, at a rate such that it would take the startup lag of Dedede's FSmash to bend it all the way around. Think of twisting a wrench around a nail connected to a board, and you have a good idea of what's happening to the spoon. While Alakazam has two spoons to bend, selecting one couldn't be easier; simply face right and you'll bend the left spoon, and face left and you'll bend the right spoon. Press B out of a shield and both spoons will be restored to their natural state with little lag.

While Alakazam's spoons are bended, their properties are affected when used in moves. Alakazam has quite a few simple melee spoon bash attacks, and while bended spoons won't change their damage or knockback, they will change their knockback direction. Every degree you bend a spoon, the knockback will be angled in that direction. For example, if for argument's sake Alakazam had an FTilt with 90 degree knockback, a spoon bended by 45 degrees clockwise would make it 45 degree knockback, whereas 45 degrees counterclockwise would make it 135 degree knockback.

While Alakazam's spoons stay bended for the remainder of his stock if you let them, each successful spoon attack will return each spoon used to normal, or by 10 degrees. Each spoon has a seperate "counter" for this. Of course, this can be used to your advantage too. Overall, it's only natural that Alakazam's signature move would be one of his most useful moves in Smash Bros.

Side Special - Psychic - Alakazam's eyes flash a bright pink in a surprisingly quick animation. An instant later, a pink wave of psychic energy envelopes the entire background of the stage. The psychic wave will push by in the direction Alakazam was facing and exhibit a push effect. This isn't like a screenwide FLUDD but more like a weakened version of the winds on Pokemon Stadium 2. Movement speed, aerial DI and all other sorts of movement are either buffeted or resisted, always with two-thirds the strength on Pokemon Stadium 2. While this may sound like an overall weaker version, the wind also makes it more difficult to DI out of attacks against it, while easier to DI out of attacks with it. It also affects the movement of projectiles and minions, though unlike Mewtwo, it can't adjust their trajectory. Lol one of Mewtwo's only moderately important moves is way better than one of Alakazam's most important, he's that d*mn broken...

Psychic lasts for seven seconds, after which Alakazam's eyes close for ten seconds. During this period, he can't use Psychic again, and he can't use it during its own duration for obvious reasons.

Up Special - Teleport - This is all but obligatory. Alakazam clenches his fist to his chest in a fairly low lag but obvious animation. In exactly five seconds, Alakazam disappears and reappears exactly where he first used the move. This would be incredibly predictable and punishable, except for the part where Alakazam gains invincibility as if he respawned when he emerges. The teleport can interrupt anything to take Alakazam to his new position, whether it be a grab, hitstun or attack lag - but it disappears when Alakazam is KOed.

Now, sometimes you won't want to teleport to the new location immediately. Tap B when you should teleport and Alakazam won't even twitch - but it's the inactivity that matters here, as he won't teleport away for another two seconds. This is lagless and animationless, but you can't perform it out of another attack or hitstun, so you'll be hard-pressed to keep it going for long.

Down Special - Miracle Eye - Alakazam crosses his arms in concentration as

Exeggutor

#103

...

Special Attacks

Neutral Special - ... - ...

Side Special - Razor Leaf - Exeggutor rears back his upper body before getting back up and lurching forward slightly, launching a single Kirby sized Razor Leaf very quickly, only .1 seconds. . .But it’s a pretty pitiful projectile, only going half a Battlefield platform and dealing a mere 2% and flinching. The move can be charged for an extra .3 seconds to make the leaf go 2/3rds the distance of Final Destination and deal 8%, thankfully.

Up Special - Leaf Storm - Exeggutor shakes about rapidly like a dog over .2 seconds to make a bunch of leaves come all around him, then they lift him up in a massive whirlwind as wide as Bowser and as tall as Ganondorf that deals 22% and knockback that kills at 105%, while shooting Exeggutor up 5 Ganondorf heights without putting him into helpless – he can even use Up Special again! Horrifying stuff.

Except for the part where, y’know, this move has horrendous move decay and it can never be refreshed without getting a new stock. With each use, the move boosts Exeggutor up one less Ganondorf and the power decreases by one/fifth, until after five uses this does nothing.

Rather inconvenient that this is Exeggutor’s only KO Move AND his only recovery. . .Assuming you’re using Exeggutor exclusively, you’ll generally end up being forced to use it for recovery over KOing, as the recovery at lower levels is still useful but the power dwindles too much later on. With your ability to switch out, though, you could always bring in Exeggutor later on when the enemy is damaged to finish off with Leaf Storm or just spam away and then switch out so you have some form of recovery.

Back Aerial - ... - ...

Up Aerial - Synthesis - Exeggutor angles his palm leaves on his head upwards to absorb as much sunlight as possible. How much he heals is based off how high in the air he is, and thus how much closer he is to the sun. If he’s under Ganon’s height in the air (And he’s not capable of getting that high outside Leaf Storm with his terrible jumps and high fall speed), he won’t heal at all. If he’s 5 Ganondorfs up, he’ll heal 25% - the max. This is fairly quick, but can only be used once every time Exeggutor’s in the air.

Down Aerial - ... - ...

Grab and Throws

Grab - Psychic - A Bowser sized area half a Battlefield Platform in front of Exeggutor distorts slightly. While the grab is ranged, the fact it leaves you blind up-close doesn’t give it the advantages of a tether. . .But it doesn’t have the disadvantages of the tether either, as there’s no disgusting lag on this.

Upon grabbing a victim successfully, inputting any “throw” simply has you levitate them around at Jigglypuff’s dash speed in said direction. While Exeggutor has no pummel input, you can deal damage to the victim by slamming them against the ground. The higher up they were before you slammed them down, the more damage you deal – 10% per Ganondorf height. You can also grab projectiles with this and levitate them back at their owner. Inputting shield has you drop whatever you’re levitating to regain control of Exeggutor.

Exeggutor still has real throws, though. . .Those leaves from Razor Leaf? They don’t magically vanish and lay around on the ground when the attack is over (Leaf storm leaves go off the top of the screen). Notice how an uncharged Razor Leaf falls right into Exeggutor’s grab range? It happens for a reason. You can grab them and have a set of “throws” to use on them. Exeggutor can only levitate 5 leaves at a time.

For his pummel, Exeggutor levitate the leaves around like he would a foe or an enemy projectile. Simply used to re-position them.

Forward Throw / Back Throw - Magical Leaf - Exeggutor shoots forward/backward all the leaves he’s levitating at once, them being treated as if they were fired from a fully charged Side Special – and this has no lag (Though there is the lag of picking the leaves up, which is still shorter then charging). Picture 5 leaves all being shot at the enemy at once – That’s 40%! Of course, this is rather telegraphed, and once you fire the leaves you have to go over to the other side of the stage to use them again. . .

Up Throw - Leaf Storm - Exeggutor doesn’t have to magically generate ten billion leaves for this attack, so this doesn’t interact with the Up Special’s decay at all. However; the power depends entirely on the amount of leaves you have. You need 5 for it to be as powerful as the Up Special (And no, it can’t become more powerful then that), and that’s assuming you’ve got them all in the same place and everything. Furthermore, this causes all the leaves to ultimately go up off the top of the screen, just like with Up Special.

If you attempt to move during the second half of the start-up lag, you’re allowed to, as Exeggutor is simply speeding up the levitation at that point. This adds an extra .2 seconds of lag to when the Leaf Storm goes into action, but it allows you to get up into the air a lot easier.

Down Throw - Stun Spore - Exeggutor thrust his upper body downwards as a massive amount of yellow powder comes out of the palm leaves on his head. This is surprisingly fast, and the yellow powder covers an area as wide as Exeggutor and falls faster then Sonic can run, giving this move excellent downward range if used from high up, stunning foes for a nasty 2 seconds. If shorthopped, Exeggutor blocks almost the entirety of the hitbox of the move with his girth.

Aside from giving Exeggutor time to set-up his leaves how he wants or to potentially even set them up under the foe for a leaf storm kill, grabbing the foe won’t interrupt their stun, giving Exeggutor 2 free seconds to levitate them to a hard to recover from position before they can even attempt to escape the grab.

Special Attacks

Neutral Special - Dragon Rage - Reeling back, Gyarados releases a stream of blue fire from his mouth at a downwards angle. Relatively quick and strong, enemies who touch it take 10% damage and set knockback of about three battlefield platforms away. This attack is not boosted by rage, but doesn't reduce his rage when using it either. It helps maintain spacing and lets Gyarados wheel back around enemies for follow up with Dragon Dance.

Side Special - Bite - Gyarados lunges forward, covering about two and a half battlefield platforms of distance by uncoiling his body, fangs revealed. If he catches an opponent in his mouth, he bite into them, dealing 8% damage and grabbing them in his mouth. They can escape at grab difficulty, during which you have two options. You can either munch on the opponent for a while by tapping the A button, pummeling them for 2% damage a pop, or throw them by pressing the B button again. Gyarados will lean back, and then throw his head forward, spitting them out straight ahead. You can spit them out early at any time though by tapping the B button one more time to choose what angle they're shot out at, even behind you.

Up Special - Dragon Dance - This is basically Gyarados's signature move, isn't it? While on the ground, Gyarados flows around the stage, sliding into the background as he glides on his belly in the direction he's facing. While his head quickly drops into the background, his tail lingers before following him, making it vulnerable to attack. Don't worry though, he won't be knocked away while traveling in this way. When his head sticks back into the foreground, he's able to attack, but the rest of his body still moves from the first Dragon Dance. You can Dragon Dance immediately again though, and he'll dive into the background once more, this time heading the other way.

As Gyarados moves, he creates a sort of storm of energy around him and glows faintly red. Gyarados's next attack gets a 20% boost in damage; this stacks as you perform Dragon Dance more and more, up to a 100% boost. It wears off though if Gyarados is struck with an attack when he's not Dragon Dancing or if he idles for two seconds without attacking, so make sure that while you're sliding around the stage, you're getting into a position to attack from.

If you Dragon Dance while in the air, Gyarados still gains the boost, but instead soars in the air upwards and forwards. This is an absolutely insane recovery move, and Gyarados doesn't have a bad second jump either. Too bad Gyarados can't grab the ledge though; he has to actually get his body onto the stage in order to recovery.

Down Special - Rage - Gyarados gets angry, shaking his massive body, dealing 7% damage and mild knockback to anyone near him. If Gyarados was just hit by an attack when he uses this move though, he'll glow red and his next attack gets a 20% boost in damage; sound familiar? What's more is that while Rage does get the damage boost, it doesn't expend it either, so you can build up more and more.

If Gyarados was hit by an attack that knocked out his Dragon Dance, you can use Rage to get Gyarados to regain his power boost and then some. Continue to circle around the field or release an attack on your witless opponent and display your rage.

Standard Attacks

Jab Combo - ... - ...

Forward Tilt - Aqua Tail - Gyarados flips backwards, moving his head and body back as his tail replaces him, dragging across the ground. This is a slow and predictable tilt, but it has such an enormous hitbox that it's hard to avoid even when you see it coming. Deals 16% damage and knockback that KO's around 90%.

Of course, it has a fair bit of ending lag to, and it moves Gyarados's vulnerable tail forward and extended, so he can easily be attacked and knocked away. His head is moved back far though, so you can try to defend yourself with a Dragon Rage or maneuver around in another direction. You can even Aqua Tail in the other direction now, but chances are low the foe is on that side.

Up Tilt - ... - ...

Down Tilt - ... - ...

Dash Attack - ... - ...

Smash Attacks

Forward Smash - Thrash - Gyarados starts moving around madly, shaking his entire body. His head and tail fin deal the most damage, dealing 24-35% and knockback that KOs around 95%, but the rest of his body deals a more pitiable 17-28% damage. This attack has a very long duration, but using it robs Gyarados of his stamina, effectively reducing all of his attacks strength for a while. When combined with its massive end lag, you'll want to get him out of there. Have him cool his heels in the Poke Ball for a while, and come back out
when he's not exhausted.

Up Smash - Surf - Gyarados slams his tail against the stage, and water rushes up from the bottom blast zone, higher the more this attack is charged. It'll reach the peak height in three seconds, just barely above the stage at no charge, and halfway to the top blast zone at full charge. Character are floated along with the water, which drains away over the course of four seconds. This is a good time to switch to someone who can properly take care of this; push effects are greatly multiplied in the water, and Pokemon that can score good vertical KOs, or that just generally benefit from being high in the air, can use this.

Oh yeah, and the water lingers on the top of the stage for ten more seconds before it too recedes. Other of Blue's Pokemon can now Surf along the water to dash, effectively increasing their movement speed dramatically (but whoever heard of a surfing Rhydon?).

Down Smash - Hyper Beam - Gyarados uses Hyper Beam, it's a level up move, it's almost one of his signature attacks, so I don't wanna get any crap for this. Gyarados opens his mouth, absorbing energy for his massive attack. After a big long charge period, he releases a beam of pure red light that deals 30-45% damage and KOs around 80%.

This attack is utterly devastating after being raged/dragon danced up, and if an ally manages to pin the foe down/prevent them from approaching, it's gonna be nasty. Of course, you're a massive lure for attacks, but you can just use that to boost up your rage if you want.

And of course, using this attack completely wipes out Gyarados's stamina, has insane ending lag, and he can't attack for another eight seconds. Get in the dang Poke Ball.

Aerial Attacks

Neutral Aerial - Whirlpool - Gyarados spins around in a wide circle, an open target, but once he does, taking about a third of a second, he spontaneous generates a whirlpool in midair. This acts as a sort of trap; anyone caught in it is pushed into the center and takes rapid hits of up to 11% a la Mach Tornado, but if Gyarados doesn't catch someone with it, it fades away.

Forward Aerial - ... - ...

Back Aerial - ... - ...

Up Aerial - Twister - Gyarados exhales and spins, causing a twister to generate at around his midsection, pulling opponents up in a Mach Tornado -esque fashion, dealing about 9% damage. You can pull opponents out of Whirlpool and trap them for more hits with this, keeping them locked in hits for a while. This would be excellent for Gyarados if he had any good air moves that KO'd, but alas, he does not. That's for the other Pokemon to take care of.

Down Aerial - Bounce - Gyarados falls forward, and bounces off of the ground, using his tail to knock himself back up higher; he deals 14% damage to anyone he hits with his tail, 11% to those he just falls on, with above average vertical knockback. If he hits water from Surf, it'll splash, massively increasing the range of his tail's hitbox and adding a push effect to those on the ground.

Grab and Throws

Grab - Wrap - Keep track of where Gyarados's tail is; not only is it a large hurtbox, it's also the key to using Gyarados's grab. Gyarados suddenly coils his tail around anyone nearby, a huge range that makes it a very hard to avoid attack. If he catches someone, he'll roar and spin to face whoever he's caught in his tail. Pummel deals 3% damage as he tightens around the foe.

Forward Throw - ... - ...

Back Throw - ... - ...

Up Throw - Tail Bounce - Gyarados lets go of the foe, knocking them slightly upwards and bounces them on the end of his tail twice, dealing 3% damage each time, then he knocks them away with a slap of his tail fin, dealing 7% more damage. A good KO option as well.

Down Throw - Roar - Gyarados leans up, sniffs the foe, then let's out a bloodchilling roar. This does some kind of debuff to the opponent that somebody else might be able to use. I dunno, consider this a free space.

The Paper Mario set's all right, but the attacks feel a tad random and the specials feel out of place. I would myself put the shell kick as the fsmash and the bomb explosion as the dsmash, while making his specials his own iconic moves (rather than his partners) like the Flip, Spindash, Ultra Jump and Superguard.
You wanna come up w/ somethin less "random"? (and less random=more generic) I took moves from all the games and put em in there.....

I accept the somewhat random Partner placement as your opinion

and the Flip, you mean SPM? okay B? (over the hammer which is much more "iconic" than some of this?)
Ultra Jump B^ (btw you kick out Parakarry for this?)
Super Guard? another Counter Bv?
Spindash is the only one that makes since as the B<>

I don't get it.....

The Western side of Pop Star.
Mewtwo only survived through plot magic.
Deoxys had both of his tenticles ripped through his chest and out his back.
Unless Mewtwo has no heart, he should have died.
This I gotta see. I need to try out that series again (I only read the 1st volume of Glénat's french edition).

There's a couple more epic match-ups that I forgot to mention.

Wario Vs. Bomberman (just like Wario Blast )
Ridley Vs. Sheik (space pirate Vs. quasi-ninja FTW)
Pac-Man Vs. Mario or Kirby

Glass Joe vs Sonic

Micaiah vs Sonic

Guess who I want to win
Sonic, duh. :pimp:

Poor Glass Joe. :(

My Sonic hatred, and wouldn't it be funny if Sonic humiliatingly lost to 2 fighters most people consider weak?

Also, Mic and Joe rock!!
