Can we finally just get a J and I tier set up to remove the wishy-washiness of characters like Lucas?

Both of them once, but it was a long time ago for both instances. I took a dump on FOW at Genesis and lost to Shaky in a Doubles match. In Singles, the character does not impress me -that- much.

But Genesis 1(and even 2 if u meant that one) was a long time ago. They have both advanced extremely since then.

PT. He's a pretty solid counter to Ness, though, so, I might be biased.

Lucas above pokemon trainer is acceptable,but above Yoshi is a little strange...

Jigglypuff is obvious best than Zelda and Link,and Captain falcon is not that bad to be below Link lol

Ness is amazing, he may not do well on paper.. but he's a very viable mid tier character lol.

I've heard of Link winning multiple low tier tournaments, as well as getting semi-good wins.

I saw some posts on Mario vs. Luigi

I don't think Mario should ever rise above Luigi. Even though they both have zero-ish rep right now and placings, Luigi has had placings in the past that (and will probably always) trump Mario at this point

Plus, Luigi just has sheer strength over Mario. While you can camp the **** out of Luigi, if he gets in, you have a legit reason to be scared. Up B kills most people at like 55% and Fsmash angled up soon after that. Luigi is a force to reckoned with.

He just needs more rep. atm IMO.

Edit: Mario should not be mid tier in any list yet. He's done nothing to earn it

Also, across top tier, luigi's MUs are a little bit more manageable than Mario's. For example, They both get wrecked by MK, but luigi at least has more range and ******** KO percents on him.
