Alternatively I suggest using JB's idea of taking money off the venue fee for each item brought. For example, if I were to bring several cubes/wiis/etc, take money off for each.

I went over the discounts for DGDTJ. Because of the fact that the Venue is what it is, I can agree with one stipulation
"BY BRINGING A SYSTEM OR TV YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE FOR THE EQUIPMENT TO BE THERE OVER NIGHT AND/OR FOR THE TOURNAMENT TO USE THE EQUIPMENT FOR BOTH DAYS. But if you insist you must take your system and/or tv home and you do not bring it back the following day you WILL NOT be playing in the tournament, you are disqualified and you have just donated, no exceptions. I'm not giving out discounts for set ups used 1 day of the tournament."
This one. Refunds are on a case to case basis.

This is my own tournament monthly i have each month. We had a huge turnout last week, from Dojo, Denti, UTDZac, Infern, y.s.b, alsm, neon, all kinds of players came out to this tournament and it was mad hype. Denti and Illmatic met in finals and Denti won. The Olimar/Peach MU is ridiculously in Olimar's favor so it was pretty hard.
But my next tournament will be around the end of March if you guys are willing to come by and play smash with us. Let us know if you need housing and whatnot ahead of time.
