so here's a question. let's say that a MK main enters a MK banned tourney, how would his record figure into rankings, considering that he isnt allowed to use his main.

LTs and MTs aren't counted for this reason, but the difference between LT and MT and this is rather large.

if he beats non-MK users, that's pretty legit

if people beat him in match-ups he'd always use MK, that's not that legit

beating Anti's Snake/Falco/etc. at the last NY event is like beating a random good Snake or Falco imo

like taking a set from Bizkit or Keitaro, but not actually from Anti, since Anti mains MK

so far I think it's been easiest to get going if you can get him solidly leaning forward at the beginning, and alternating inside keys and outside keys, but idk it gets funny after a while =/

The reason being is that the behaviour issues you had prior were still within recent memory. Also character representations of G&W, ICs and Peach are reasonably strong in the brawl back room at this time.

Feel free to reapply for the next batch; by the next round a clean behaviour record would have mostly negated current doubts.
