It would be a lot easier to maintain accurate data but it gets pretty spread out like that too.

i don't see much of you guys on, but i'm paranoid that you're hiding in alt form.

i.e some guy named superjim, pretty good, not amazing, but pretty good, played like legendary but..didn't really act like him. used fox.

I have not played johnny speel, but from what i'm hearing from people, it almost sounds like zen yore. oh man, i would go rounds with him long ago.

That's one reason im saying we should try listing smashboards users. So we dont have all these random names popping up and we might increase our community as well

Johnny Speel's Fox played NOTHING like Zenyore's as far as I can tell.

Why Smashboards only? It excludes a LOT of good players. I thought this was a tier list of online players, not online players that also happen to post on a forum.

It should only include swf posters because there are too many good players that go on alt names that adding to the tier list would be pointless.

Also, the question over whether they still play the game anymore would be based on whether they still post on swf.

It would not hurt the players who do not post on this forum because they would not end up seeing the list in the first place and it would benefit those who frequent the forum.

The only person I could see this not benefiting would be rawr who constantly quits and comes back to kaillera and swf. I saw him yesterday in galaxy even though he only quit like 4 weeks ago.

The reason I don't think so is that when I play random people I've never heard of they rarely end up being good. The majority of players I fight that happen to be good use their regular names.

The only person that I can think of that has surprised me recently with his skill is Johnny Speel.

this is the reason i go on random names now. i have more fun in a match when im trying stupid things or using a character im not great with than when im trying 100% but people get big headed and start being annoying.

"OMFG FROG I BEAT U!!" go **** yourself.

or some people just like using different names once in awhile, for the lulz, like me.

That's two with Frogles. And I still see him use his regular name.

I think it would be pretty easy to recognize Frogles' playstyle anyways, though I may be wrong. High-level players tend to have more recognizable playstyles.

I haven't played Johnny Speel but I saw his ping was 78. Random A-Tier level player at 78 ping is most likely James Franco/Tech_Edge/Zack.

I feel like my perception of "good" is kind of off lately. I've been improving rapidly, but to me it doesn't feel like I'm getting better, it feels like everyone else is getting worse. So the skill level I see as good is a lot harsher now.

AE is not very legit at all. It only has neutrino and he is not that amazing.
