its more than twice your height (but you probably got that already). saying something is "almost twice your height" implies that it is less than twice your height, whereas "more than twice your height" implies... 2h + c (where h is your height, and c = any distance greater than 0) so no, you wouldnt say "almost twice your height" with the same connotation as "more than twice your height"
