So guys, I found a venue to host a tournament at in Paramus (Paramus Elk's Lodge, it's on rt 17).

Expect more news soon, should be in July.

Just randomly posting that any tournament hosted on June 18th wan most likely have Mike Haze (maybe RB too) in attendance since Mike will most likely in be the tristate area for 2 to 3 weeks including that entire weekend.

I agree. I just discovered you can change the skin (not back to the old one, sadly), but there's 3 other options in the bottom left of the page. I find them all better than the eye-burning new one.

I have the same feeling. I still like it, but buttons are too big, colors a little to fruity, etc. The site just looks more kiddy now although it is more welcolming. I don't mind that but it could be professional kiddy looking.

Plus I think user cp deserves a button. People are much more likely to click that button than any other on this site.

Yeah, the User CP thing kinda bothered me a lot.

Personally, I kinda like the colors, stays with that whole, well... vibrant look they're trying to go with. Some of the new features are hella useful.
I would change some of the font sizes around because they're too small... or it's probably just me being blind, idk.

If you want a more professional feel, go with Smash Blue, ****.

They should do a contest for a design. I would jump on that with no issues at all. I can't code that well, but I can easily make a better lay out then this given a week or something. Not like a forum needs that much.

Overall, I feel they really should at least do something about it. Like I said, they can hold a open contest for a design concept.

Since September Jbandrew, Kush, and I have been playing there once to twice a week during the semester on NJIT. If you're going to either school you gotta come play with us sometime if your schedule allows it.

Sometimes other local NJIT players also play with us btw.

Cool, I will be attending Rutgers Newark. When I get down there I'll see if I can play. I'll have to spend a lot of time on campus because I'll have to wait for my brother to finish his classes, and vice versa.

Yeah, 3 tournaments got cancelled for the month of April and Febuary was super lacking tournies besides Pound. Atomsk hasn't entered much and Nairo broke his wrist so they either won't be high or won't be on at all.

Nairo's sprained wrist healed in a week. He hasn't been able to go to tourneys because he's failing classes. I told him if his report card was C's and up, he can start going again.

New report card is next week and 10 minutes ago he said he failed another class so don't expect him till late June.

LOLOLOLOL Junior year was a joke. Real talk I took 3 AP classes and it was still too easy, I don't get why people make high school out to be so hard. It's a joke in all honesty. It's just beating the system. Like the AP study books are like, "IF OPTION A ISN'T THE ANSWER MOST LIKELY IT IS ANSWER D,". Same thing with actual classes, just beat your teacher's system. Teachers have a certain grading system that they believe will work for everybody, you just expose the one weak point.

High school was never really that hard, most people just suck at studying.

People try to study half *** in college and question when they get 40's or say a test is too hard. Once you get the mindset that no test is insurmountable you're on the right track.
