Naa, he is right. Lucario wins it by a tiny slight margin.
However, the MU is annoying as hell though. It easily can go one way or the other.

It's in Fox's favor. 55:45-60:40 (If he's a campy ***** about it)
Like you don't even have to camp that hard, it's a plus but it's not needed. Fox can almost do whatever he pleases to Lucario.
It's a match-up the Lucario should focus solely on the ground, because Fox dominates him aerially.

Almost everything Lucario does can get him killed by upsmash. He camps us hard and we cant camp him back. Aurasphere is virtually useless as well. I dont see how Lucario would win at all.

I truly think that Lucario has to force Fox out of his comfort zone. Which means you MAY have to go aggro. With the Fox metagame nowadays, sounds like Fox would ruin Lucario though...

From my experience in playing the matchup, it looks like Fox wins slightly.
However I could be wrong since I don't know the matchup.
I've gone into a lot of tourney matches not knowing the matchup like vs jash and anther but I still won cuz I was smart. The thing is Smarts didn't cut it when playing foxes though.
On paper it looks like Fox wins too. Lucario is not good at playing cat and mouse vs any character. And Fox is a good mouse.
However I could be wrong since I don't know the matchup.

I worked for three so far. Started at $8 at one, ended at $9.50 after three years. Moved. Started at another one for $8.50. Didn't work out there. Went to another and started at $8, then $8.50 after a month, and now $9.00 starting in December after four months.
Just my own experiences with three stores so far.

My boss is particularly awesome, and his side job is designing aircraft, so he pays what he wants to, or something along those lines.
There's also like no turnover here, my manager (guy just under my boss, there are only 3 employees other than the owner, including myself) has been here for 5 or 6 years now.

Hmm. I enjoy it. Small business > retail/grocery. I have a lot of freedom. I get to go online or text or play my DS during free time and it's not too strict in terms of time (I can be a few minutes late and my boss doesn't care, and I can leave early if I need to, I can take a day off for stuff every month or so, etc.).
I like it much better than my first job at Whole Foods.
After my performance during the Christmas season, I expect a bonus and/or raise. I'm gdlk.
Out of everyone at the store, I type the fastest, have the best communication skills with customers, and have the most energy. My boss is good and all, but she's a 61 year-old little Korean woman with some issues with English, lmao. The other guy that works there is a fat middle-aged newbie. Then there's some random girl that's okay.
Sadly, the staff at this store is the worst of the three I've been at.
I'm going to have to carry pretty hard.
I like it much better than my first job at Whole Foods.

I wish I could say that about my store, but my manager is an absolute pro at processing, boxing, and customer service. I'm getting really good by watching emulating him, though.

My boss is good. She just randomly has issues with English due to slang and how dumb our language is, and she's super small and sort of old. She just can't lift certain things and doesn't have the amount of energy we could have.

Sona got dat nerfbat, she's a lot more balanced now. Every ability AND her passive nerfed, in both amount of stat the aura gives and how long the aura lasts, and her mana costs went up iirc.
Irelia is like... Yi + Olaf, IDK, I'm really enjoying her and I do super well with her, but nobody else I've met seems to be able to.
