They didn't fix it. I got mine 2 months ago and it still has that issue.

Oh wow. Well, I heard that you can put a cloth in between your screens to help dampen the problem.

The easiest way to prevent any screen scratching or lines is to put some rubber bumpers on the top screen. I used two from the bottom of my xbox 360 and I haven't had any lines since.

I'm starting to feel like I might pick this system up this christmas.

Between the new sonic game, mario land 3d, mk7, and ocarina, there's a lot of good reason to own it.

I just used a couple of those things you stick to the bottom of chair legs to keep them from scuffing the floor on the two corners of it. Works fine.

In some lucky twist, I don't seem to have any problems with my 3DS

It gets pretty hot when I play it hours on end though. Not sure if it's from the heat of my hands or the computer overheating.

I find them silly. I was once asked about why I have so little Achievements unlocked compared to the number I could have (Probably have 10-20 percent). Ooooooh weeellllllllll

All the articles on that are misleading. The slide-pad itself lasts 480 hours. Doesn't affect the 3DS at all.

Especially when literally the only thing that connects the two is the IR port... I mean seriously, think sometimes.
