Alright, here's a question just for fun and to shake the topic up a bit: Let's say one Pokemon, and only one Pokemon from the 30 results of the Pokemon of the Year Poll (that isn't already playable, obv) gets a chance to join Smash as a part of FP2. Doesn't matter which one it is, nor which generation it's from, as long as it's from the top 30 in the poll and isn't already in the game.

First off, which one would you pick as a personal want, and second, which one would you deem most likely to actually join the game?

I actually think Scorbunny's alright. The bandage nose is pretty cute. Its evolution is pretty cool too what with the hoodie, and the ninja vibe it has going on.

Cinderace though? I think it's Stufful & Bewear tiers of awkward, and it's pretty dull to boot.

While that is fake, I do like the idea of Bonus fighters. Sure fatman from the geno thread came up with it, but I think a few bonus fighters would make sense... IF they are echo fighters or a passion character. I would be 100% for a few more bonus echos honestly, to help pad out the roster, and get a few more characters in, and echos are easier. Ms Pac Man now that Namco has her back is a perfect bonus echo fighter.

right now, if each echo is counter as their own character slot, thats 88 characters after this fighters pass is done. I think 2 echos at least to round out the roster to 90, or if they want a perfect square on the select screen, 4 more bonus characters. so 2-4 bonus echos could be a nice thing. or 2-3 echos and 1 extra passion character released for free. Fatman was saying an Iwata tribute character for free, and it could be that.

3 echos and 1 passions character. Ms Pac Man, Medusa, and Impa for echos, and a bonus of Someone Iwata made, Geno, or Waluigi.

I wanted Black Shadow to come with more F-Zero GX music but if they couldn’t license CF’s vocal theme by now... hahaha sobs

Black Shadow was a close 4th for me. And rex does fit a passion character as well.

I just remember seeing him for ages saying either his sources or guessing or something saying that there would be bonus fighters. I just like that idea even if I may not beleive his sources. I honestly would like just some more echos as i like the idea of echos and it seemed like there were going to do a lot more with them then they did

I don't have strong feelings toward it, but I do think it's a pretty great execution on the concept.

Me. I dunno, it just doesn't do anything for me. I probably dislike it as aggressively as I do Cinderace, maybe a bit less so though.

I should probably balance out my negativity with some positivity, so here are some Galar Pokémon I actually do like:

• Corviknight (its colors are wrong in game though; it's too black and looks like it doesn't have any shading)
• Orbeetle
• Drednaw
• Appletun
• Toxtricity (Amped Form)
• Falinx
• Pincurchin (Llavos's theme intensifies)
