I agree, I don't think the mane style is close enough. It feels like people are grasping at hay with this one.

I made one about a month ago. I would be working on either a Twilight or Rarity Wario but my photoshop **** on itself last night.

Well, my Meta Knight texture is just a simple recolor of certain parts of classic MK with Twi's cutie mark on the cape. Doesn't look too different from MK's default color but it's noticeable. Celestia Peach's hair was too hard to do without looking weird or like funky cotton candy so I just moved on.

Also, my PS started acting ******** not too long ago so I downloaded gimp which is pretty much the next best thing. Oh, and it's free!

While it does look kinda like him, I gotta say it isn't exactly him. Only reasons I say that is the hair color is wrong and if it was Bruce Wayne pony I'm sure he'd have a different cutie mark.
That and I'm sure there's many characters in movies and TV shows that wear a tie and have slick hair like that. So it could be based off of someone else or nobody at all since he's just a background pony.
Still, that was a nice observation nonetheless.
Also is it bad my attention was focused more on Spitfire than this "Bruce Wayne" pony on the bottom section?

Maybe that's the mink pony.

I too will say that she is hot. Not to mention she's a pegasus so bonus points there.
Lastly I'm thinking it's also the fact that she's more brighter colors too, which could draw one's attention to her instead.
