Why is white bread bad? I dislike wheat. Too dry all the time unless heated up.White bread is really bad for you, I do hope you know that. Go with wheat in the future, if you aren't already.

It's not that it's really bad for you, it just has no benefits when compared to wheat. I hate the way wheat tastes so I still eat white.
