Well, white flour typically means it has been enriched with other nutrients (at least some name brand kinds). So I guess what it loses in fiber it makes up for in other things.

I love sweets to death, but they're just not something I can eat constantly and not grow tired of.

Funnily enough, I had shrimp at Bubba Gump a few years ago and loved it so much I had it everywhere I went. I tried the Ale House's 35 shrimp challenge and could never touch the stuff after.
