Excercise for 1 hour
Eat 5 Veg/Fruit a day.

Breakfast: Thin Bagel Sandwich & Water

Lunch is:
50% Veggies
25% Meat
25% Grains/Bread

Dinner: Same

In case of snack time: Fruit or 1/4 of bread.

I disagree, my mom is Canadian and she is one of the most badass people I know, she is one of the ace detectives for child protective serves in the state of Georgia

And Espy, my diet consists of microwave chicken nugget meals and macaroni. I don't have time for breakfast, lunch is always small and I cook dinner myself. Back in the day, I would have McDonalds twice a week and I had my own fridge at school. I miss it.
