So much time wasted on sleeping, eating, chatting, smashing, posting, etc. as well. Time is always wasted .

Sleeping and eating is necessary to live. Not exactly what one always does for enjoyment all the time. If you were never hungry, you would not need to spend time eating and therefore could be using it for something else.

The point is that there are things you find time well spent on and time you do not consider well spent. So long as you enjoy doing something, I do not view it as time wasted. Sleeping and eating I can most of the time because I do it because I must, not because I get some sort pure bliss from tasting food or feeling better after resting.

Although, there will always be people who love the feeling of eating good food, or waking up from a rest (even the feeling of falling asleep).

Earlier before an exam I watched a melee video, then tried falling asleep before the exam. I am not sure if I was asleep dreaming of doing combos, or awake and thinking about the combos.

Again, it depends upon the person. I realized there were moments in my life too that I felt what I did was totally a waste of time, but I realized that in the moment I enjoyed it. So, instead of feeling like parts of my life were wasted, I enjoyed doing it at the time and was time well spent.

Sleeping and eating on the other hand... It simply bugs me that I in a life time you only get to experience, you should be experience it doing stuff you do not mind doing. Sleeping and eating... well, its something I feel and not anyone else I bet.

But, talking I do not agree with, it was sort of a spur on the moment example. I do not mind conversation such as now since its a means of entertaining myself, gaining new knowledge, and other stuff. Things I enjoy doing.
