1. Doc Brown (this is genuinely a really fun pick. I think it's importantly actually have at least one pick from a project Telltale worked on, and BTTF is a reality fitting one. A legendary film character, similar to Ash in the last game. There's a lot of fun you could have playing around with time travel in his animations and diolog)
2. Master Shake (ATHF makes a lot of sense as the next adult cartoon inclusion after the Venture Brothers. My preference might be on Karl, but I think Shake is a great pick too. His personatity would work well)
3. Harley Quinn (We've never had any women in these games, not counting Glados and Mad Moxxi in the last game, and I think it'd be cool to change that. Harley fits really well and would an able to hold her own with the more out there personalities. I'd preferably use the version form the recent Adult Swim cartoon)
4. Rocket Racoon (Telltale did do a GOTG game, he's a Marvel character that I feel like they'd be okay with throwing into a more adult adult setting like this, and he could have some really funny dialog with the human characters)

shout out to Jay Sherman, Freddy Kruguer, Muscle Man and Lupin. this was very hard

  1. Doc Brown. Seriously, this one's a really fun pick - I think he'd fit fantastically in something like this, and the potential for some of the stories he could tell about his exploits through time could lend to some pretty funny interactions. I almost wonder whether Kiryu would be like "That's bull****, but I believe it." to him about that kinda stuff. Weirder things have happened in Kamurocho, I guess.
  2. Master Shake. Yeah, Aqua Teen Hunger Force makes a lot of sense for this kind of thing, and Master Shake specifically feels like he'd be brilliant even if only for the fact that his ridiculously tiny hands would mean he'd need something to hold the cards for him, like maybe his straw, and that'd be such a brilliant piece of really subtle comedy that I'd love to see him, honestly.
  3. Rocket Raccoon. Y'know what, I think he'd work great here. Not only can I actually see him playing poker with people like this, but I think his general personality and temprement would also lend really well to something like this. That said, it'd be really fun to have him in a pretty unorthodox design - whilst his orange ensemble is probably the best-known nowadays, I'd love to see something like his bizarre, aggressively 80s Rocket Raccoon #1 look. In green.
  4. Lupin the IIIrd. Honestly, he'd be a fantastic addition to something like this - and even as a manga character, I don't think he'd feel too out of place here. If I were to pick from the Lupin cast, I'd probably go with Jigen, but Lupin himself has such a fun personality that I can't help but think he'd be a lot of fun to see at a table like this. Plus, it'd be interesting to see how his various exploits could be referenced in his conversations.
This round felt awesome, big shoutouts to Freddy Kreuger, Muscle Man and Ren, but pretty much everyone here was pretty awesome. This is really coming together!

Cameo submission:
Biff Howard Tannen
1699112824221.png

"Why don't you make like a tree and leaf get outta here?
Biff Howard Tannen is an antagonist of Back to the future and the second part and he is a bully that threatened George McFly (Marty's father) and Marty himself. He was defeated when Marty made him crash into manure truck, yelling "I hate manure".
However in second part, his older self from 2015 used DeLorean to time travel back to 1955 to give him younger self "almanac" and created a twisted 1986 where Hill Valley became a "Hell Valley" and built a giant hotel on courthouse. But then, Marty and Doc managed to defeat him again and erased the "1985A" timeline.

He didn't had too much role in 3rd part, but his ancestor, Buford was the villain and threatened Doc and Marty in 1885. He crashed into manure carriage at the end of movie like Biff Tannen in part 1 & 2.

In this game, his 1955 self would make a cameo while walking around the casino. He would occasionally insult the characters, dealer and player themselves by saying insults like: "Hey you, I've attacked couple women" to Kiryu, much to his wrath (but Kiryu would respond to him "hanase").
(I went with 1955 Biff because he is most iconic version of Biff and he would be funny when he insults the characters, making sense since he is a bully. Also he ended up in 2023 in this game via sneaking into Time Train after Doc returned from 1955 to do his business)

Submit a Back To The Future Fortnite Item

So of all the obvious franchises that Fortnite could have collaborated with, they still have yet to do Back To The Future, So it is free reign

And once again, here are the eligible categories
-Backblings - An item worn on the skins back
-Pickaxes - A melee weapon for Harvesting resources
-Gliders - self explanatory
-Contrails - A trail you leave in the sky as you are falling from the Battle Bus
-Wraps - A skin that goes over your weapons
-Emotes - Self Explanatory

Once again, no skins just to keep the submissions more unique.

Glider: The DeLorean (or, if there's some sort of legal issue with calling it that, Flying Car)

Specifically, the flying version from the end of Back To The Future 1 onwards. It would be smaller than the actual car, since it acts as a glider, but characters could hang on to the bottom of it as it drifts downwards.

BTTF Fortnite cosmetic:
Mr. Fusion (Backbling)
1699202442524.png
Mr. Fusion is an item that is featured in BTTF movies and it's a futuristic device that powers the DeLorean time machine with various stuff like a banana peel with thing or something.

It was created by Fusion Industries in 2015 (in-universe) and it replaces plutonium in order to power itself.

As a backbling, it could just just be attached to player's back. When you get more kills, you get more materials that could power it.

I'm honestly kind of surprised Back to the Future hasn't been in a Fortnite collab yet. Seems like it'd be obvious. Anyway,

Cosmetic Name: Gibson ES-345
Cosmetic Origin: Back to the Future (1985)
Cosmetic Type: Pickaxe

Given a lot of the more obvious ideas have already been taken, I'll go with a slightly deeper cut that still makes sense - specifically, the electric guitar that Marty plays at the Enchantment Under The Sea ball in 1955 in the first film, which is also seen in the second film due to the 1955 detour. Not much on this beyond that - it'd be held by its end and swung like a pickaxe, or like a punk rocker would at the end of a gig.

Fun fact on this, actually - the Gibson ES-345, which was the one used in the film, was first manufactured in 1958 - making this technically an anachronism in the first place. But then, it's a series about time travellers, so anachronisms aren't exactly new.

As you fall, two trails of fire are created in your wake, like the ones the DeLorean leaves behind after a time jump.

cashregister9 cashregister9 Side note, I think Fortnite should receive the top three voted items, instead of just the top one voted item. Fortnite collabs tend to add more than just a single item; its usually a few items of different categories. If you don't want to do that, that's fine; Just throwing out ideas.

The only reason I am not adding multiple Fortnite items is that I am basing this on how Poker Night handles it. If It helps we could do a mini creation thread, inside this mini creation thread about the full Fortnite Crossover for each series.

  1. Hoverboard (I can't deny this would be awesome, and I think some gliders in Fortnite have unique animations anyway, so you could probably even ride it on your way down to Earth! Or, well, whatever planet Fortnite is set on. I think the jury's still out on that one.)
  2. Mr. Fusion (As much as this is probably pretty silly, I can't help but imagine it'd be a lot of fun. The idea of it having an animation where the player character tosses empty bottles from healing items into it, or where random trash spills out of it when you die, just seems really fun.)
  3. BttF Arrow (It is, undeniably, an iconic piece of iconography related to the series - so it kind of makes sense to include with that in mind. Plus, it'd be interesting to see exactly how it's handled in terms of visuals.)
Job #08:
Character Name: Vriska Serket
Character Origin: MS Paint Adventures: Homestuck

The first Poker Night at the Inventory featured two webcomic characters, Tycho (from Penny Arcade) and Strong Bad (from Homestar Runner), though the sequel didn't include anyone of this description. That said, the wild world of webcomics probably has one very particular series that's more infamous and ubiquitous than any other - Homestuck.

Now, whilst Homestuck has a vast number of characters to choose from (Namco High, for example, featured Tereza, Jane and Davesprite), I think Vriska (due to being arguably one of the more well-known characters from the series but not often appearing in other material) would be an interesting choice. I also think her personality would lend to some pretty interesting interactions, given she'd be more antagonistic than Doc or Kiryu, and even her design - being a Troll - would be differentiated from two adult human males. She'd be neat.

Funny short angry NEET wages war against anyone (or anything) that harms, disgusts, or mildly inconveniences him. Ideally I'd want another non-human to round out the group, but having an overly aggressive misanthrope join the roster is too good of an opportunity to pass up. When he's not attempting to cheat or harassing the other players for making good moves, I'd imagine he'd tell stories about the zany adventures he's been on (balloon cultists, dentist supervillains, etc.), but due to his demeanor probably nobody would believe him. The next thing you know, the guy'll have a vendetta against the idea of poker itself.

Previously had Thursday Night Gambling with Mr. Krabs (which won him Spongebobs contract before that backfired). Was stated to not be a good card player but maybe he could have gotten better in the meantime. Having him onscreen could be difficult due to his size but maybe we can have Karen physically present with Plankton being shown on her screen.

I was tempted to submit a character like Barney the Dinosaur for the juxtaposition factor, but I kinda realized the "wholesome goofball" personality type is taken up by Doc Brown - anyway, since everyone's doing "angry cartoon narcissists", I guess I'll go along with that trend.

Daffy Duck

Would ideally be the Chuck Jones version, but I wouldn't be opposed to "screwball Daffy". Either way, being the nuisance he is, he'd draw some strong reactions from the rest of the cast - plus, compared to other kid-friendly characters who have been submitted (Not that I think they're bad submissions mind you), he comes from a time before gambling became a super-taboo subject matter, so he's not too jarring at the table.

Azula

An antagonist from Avatar: The Last Airbender. The princess of the Fire Nation and someone who lies as naturally as breathing, Azula is a master manipulator. (and a powerful firebender, though that likely wouldn't come into play unless she lost a really large wager) I figure that, given her skill with deception, she'd make for an incredibly difficult poker player to read.

(she might see this whole thing as being "low class", but on the other hand, she could also view it as an easy way to make money for the Fire Nation)

we do already have a sci-fi character, but this is pretty different in terms of tone. We know he's not opposed to gambling, or making very bad decisions. Him and Doc Brown would have some very fun dialog and he could even have some fun dialog with Kiryu due to his run one with criminals. He could have some fun animations using his chest. I think having an adult cartoon character in this game makes a lot of sense.

I think having him at actual size would be hilarious, I'm just picturing this tiny dude holding up one card at a time because they're bigger than him. That, and him running back and forth to pick up chips/cards is a really funny idea.

This is what I'm picturing. Maybe not THIS small, but you get the idea.
