i mean i'm better than average imo but that's not saying much, i was just throwing out the suggestion because it seems like md/va has a lot of players, there's a huge character pool and--most importantly--nobody's done it yet.

This is true. The way I usually rank people is by who they beaten and who they lost to... A lot of our top players don't know a lot of match-ups.. Such as you...Logic... lie... Neo.. lmao all yah be losing to Characters who ya shouldn't be losing to. So now that I think of it yeah logic would be a solid #2 spot.
But then again every now and then Pros do lose to the underdog. =)

I like this list, but wonder if Lie should move down. I outplaced him at the one local he went to and Noid beat him there, which benefits his ranking. I don't honestly know why Noid wouldn't be above Gimr (Nor why Gimr is going to be on it).
Neo only went to one local, but split for first and then he also went to Ktar 6 so I guess he'll still be on it.
For recommendations for a 10th, I'd put Luckay actually because no one else has done anything notable and he's been placing pretty decently/beat Lie.
I think Omni should be moved to either 2nd or 3rd.

I've outplaced Coney at his own tourney and beat him in bracket head to head so him being above me would make no sense unless we're counting OoS stuff in which he got 5th at SiiS6 and I got 3rd at an Nc tourney.
Luckay definitely needs to be on.
I have not been inactive. I'm always up for brawlz.

It's pretty clear I should be either 5th or 6th. It just depends on where you put Neo/Lie in relation to me. Compare wins, tourney rankings, etc...
