Well Minnesota needed a receiver and the pats already seemed like he was going to be traded; he got no catches on Sun. And the Pats need draft picks for their defense anyway, so it seemed like a good deal for the both of them. With Moss though, this opens up the PA game a lot more once AP gets the ball rolling. It also gives them a legit deep ball (pause) threat. NFC North lookin even more competitive...

The Pats don't need him. They need DB. So why not trade him and get more pics? That's what the Pats do anyway. As long as they have Welker, their formula will be fine.

And thats because Randy said too much in the media. That's why he aint been gettin the ball. And he fits what Minnesota needs now, regardless if he lost a step due to his age. I mean, anyone could catch a cold better than Berriam has this season.

I don't think it was worth especially for nothing guaranteed.
