Lol, it's all the worst possible choices.
Anyway I might disappear from here until Thursday or Friday when I get the game.
Yup.Lol, it's all the worst possible choices.
Yup.
Someone made the point, if you didn't make the effort to put the time into the other games, they shouldn't reward you with the 'rewards' from the other two games. Makes sense to me.
I probably won't disappear. But I'll be scarce, that's for sure.
For that, I feel you got TERRIBLY shafted.Yeah, I guess I see what you mean. That being said, there are some things from ME2 that punished us PS3 users who just COULDN'T play ME1. Rest assured, if Mass Effect 1 was out for PS3, I'd have played through it a bunch by now.
For that, I feel you got TERRIBLY shafted.I haven't done any research on how Bioware is going to do anything for you, if anything.
... Are they?
Because you're missing out on A LOT.
You're missing out on Kirrahe, the build up with Saren, character development, even little side quest stuff. :/
The comic allows you to make all the choices from ME1. Personally I watched Para/Rene walk through which basically put me in the game for ME2. I heard there might be a super bonus for playing all 3 games but if that is true....PS3 users(at least those that bought the comic) should get the same thing. I mean...it's not like we have a choice about playing ME1For that, I feel you got TERRIBLY shafted.I haven't done any research on how Bioware is going to do anything for you, if anything.

I have that for XBOX too; We got the same thing PS3 users got. You don't get any decision making for a lot of stuff that I already mentioned. :/ Kirrahe, DLC, etc. Which, while minor to ME2, is a BIG deal for 3 most likely. The comic allows you to make all the choices from ME1. I see no reason to pay for online gaming especially since I go months without playing at times. Not to mention there with the fad of DLC for most consoles we are all dishing out too much money for in most cases as it is. I actually have an Xbox now though I just don't have the money to buy ME1 and 2 and then 3 again nor do I have the time to beat both games(one for the second time) twice and buy all the DLC over again. Then buy everything for ME3....I'm not ballin like that....sorry.It's been a while since I've played ME1 myself, but you're making me really think about it.
And there's A LOT.
I'm getting upset for you.And I'm not a PS3 sympathizer. But you're a Mass Effect bro, now.
Bros before ****ty consoles.
BROS BEFORE ****TY CONSOLES.
And the demo doesn't really mean much. :/ It's not based off of any saves.I don't hate the PS3. I just have no reason to get one.

I'm all for rewarding hard work but at the same time I think a super bonus given even to the PS3 users would be compensation for the lack of console equality on their part![]()
I hear what you're both saying, and I'm not trying to turn this into a console war. It's okay man, I've always been FAR from a 360 sympathizer. And hell, I rather do have a bit against the Xbox consoles, lol.
Shoudn't take you very long. I'm half way through my second character. I'll probably wrap him up between tonight and Tuesday for whenever the mail delivers my copy of ME3.I need to hurry up and finish ME2 since 3 is coming out. It's a great game, but I just haven't had time to really play it too much.
I'm on ps3, btw.
I didn't think they counted as LI until before the end of the game.Well, you could make Ashley your LI, then have her die in Vrmire, then make Jack your LI and have her die in the Suicide Mission. Hm...that would just be morbid, weird, and oddly funny if every time Shepard had an LI, she died in the same game.
Yup.That's both evil and genius in that it means lazy people can just spend their own money, and Bioware gets a few extra ching for it.
Yup.
Someone suggested that it's possible Xbox would be able to use MS points, and probably PS the PSN equivalent.
If that's the case, I have extra points I'm not using, but I'm not gonna go out of my way to buy points just for this.
I hope they either keep it the same, or buff it a little (maybe random generator for a 10% bonus, like the exp?). But yeah, running Silver is a cake walk.Assuming the point system remains the same, I could get a Spectre pack in 2 successful silver games. Better be worth it, cause it's about 45 mins to 1 hour of gametime.
I know EXACTLY what you mean.Yeah, I know what you mean. Like, I have an extra $2 on my PSN but yeah...lol.
And one thing I've learned from the MP Beta is that being the lone Turian Sentinel, or Infiltrator in general with a Sniper is awesome, but having 2 others is insanely annoying because you'll line up for a headshot, and 2 other rounds will go into where their head used to be.
I remember the Tempest with a stability upgrade, and a scoped Mattock to be absolutely amazing.I'm the guy stealing all the kills with my assault rifle or rapid fire pistol. xD
Pfft, be a man and learn to aim with the Mantis so you can 1-hit KO Guardians through the mail slot.I'm the guy stealing all the kills with my Widow![]()
Yeah that reminds me it's like 80MS points for a pack in MP if you want. I've known this for like 2 weeks shoulda said something but I didn't think anyone would care seeing as though you can get packs for free in game.
Edit:
Anyone that's getting this game before it's released over here on Friday, I hate you and you suck I wish I could lock this thread.![]()
I think you're just jealous that he has the widow lolPfft, be a man and learn to aim with the Mantis so you can 1-hit KO Guardians through the mail slot.
$ 1. Given the random items in packs it's a clever, but thankfully optional, marketing ploy.like 80 ms points is how much?
It's so true....I think you're just jealous that he has the widow lol
I hope ME3 arrives at my house .
Ugh... The wait is killer.
Well, that's what it does with the demo, but just checking since I figure if I hold off redeeming until I have the game I should be fine, lol.It should ask in the beginning to log on to your EA account, I think.
