I have Shiri(?) I think.Mario beats Yoshi. Last time I checked it was 6:4. We don't have to approach because we can cape eggs and fireballs are pretty helpful. Do you have Sharky or Polt?

I think he's more referring to when Yoshi's on the approach since he can go through the fireball and maybe hit Mario too in one motion.Yoshi should not be bairing fireballs. Jab is much more useful for that.
Once my friend gets the game...we'll see.I think he's more referring to when Yoshi's on the approach since he can go through the fireball and maybe hit Mario too in one motion.
Pisses me the **** off when Marth does it with fair/bair/nair.
BTW, i've got MvC3 for PS3, people.
See. Me. Nao.
How?? Lmao, I'm trying mad hard to see the comparison. When I realized MvC3 is Blazblue with more flash the appeal started to wear off.
Yeah, I guess there are similarities as far as controls go. You can only have so many button layouts for certain game engines though. I guess some are bound to be similar. The controls, mostly. The layout is the exact same, and performing combos is the exact same too.
This is exactly how I felt. They gave Zero a level 1 special you can combo in which is awesome but they got rid of Dark HoldIt's essentially TvC. Except with better characters, which I like. And I have an arcade stick for the X-Box so I don't have to use a GCN controller to play it.
This. I beat my friend once in MvC3 (don't know moves/combos/etc.) but he almost won because of X-factor. I have a feeling MvC2 might be like Melee and still live even though the sequel is out.Yeah, I guess there are similarities as far as controls go. X-Factor is ********. I shouldn't be winning some of these matches...These revenge meters in newer games needs to stop.
ThissssssssSpider-man/Chris Redfield/Wolverine for me. Chris and Wolverine can be switched out between Morrigan and Viewtiful Joe, but Spider-man always take lead because I'm a pretty hardcore Spiderman fan.
He's also one of the few characters that actually has a good voice in the game.
But everyone is viable in MvC3...there is no bottom tier dude. The devs actually have their **** together on this one.My team for now is Zero/Felicia/Deadpool. Eventually I wanna replace Deadpool with Phoenix when I get better and maybe Felicia for Sentinel (not certain yet). Zero will always be on my team even if he is bottom tier trash.
<3 Zero
I was making an over exaggeration. I know they tried to make everyone viable and I wouldn't be too surprised if it happened. My friend said "they said the game is balanced" so many times that it annoyed me.But everyone is viable in MvC3...there is no bottom tier dude. The devs actually have their **** together on this one.
Though I do wish that they would make Ryu less boring, given he's one of my favorite characters.
Everyone said:MvC3
have fun... lol I wish there were smashfests over here ... or tournaments not on the OTHER SIDE OF THE STATE... damn PhiladelphiaSo i'm going to my FIRST EVER smashfest 2morrow, WOOT! can't wait! mario's gonnaall day.
I wouldn't be so quick to jump to that conclusion. If I actually owned a PS3 or Xbox360, I would be quitting competitive Smash for good right now.Nintendo characters > Capcom/Marvel characters.
Spiderman is pretty ****ing cool, though.
I only 2nd Snake xD. Mostly for MK cuz I'm not confident enough in my Mario to take top MKs out yet but I'll try Mario first before I even try Snake against them.I didn't even know you had those secondaries O_O.
I'm pretty sure you can download it of Xbox/PSN for like 10 dollars.I have yet to play MvC2 because nobody in my town actually -OWNS- it to my knowledge.
I know you have an MK and an Olimar. I think Lucky plays Pikachu as well because he posted in the Pikachu MU discussion. No idea who Porkey uses. Btw Mario is not bad vs. Pit or Lucario.Pound 5 pools changed up. Sorry Marios but I'll probably be going Snake in near all of the 1st pool. I play Snake for MK, Pit, Lucario, G&W, and D3 and of course with my luck I get an MK, a Pit, and I'm pretty sure a D3 in my 1st pool so the red plumber won't be shining to much.
MVC2 is like Melee due to the fast gameplay. This is exactly how I felt. They gave Zero a level 1 special you can combo in which is awesome but they got rid of Dark Hold

↑ mario bout toI know this is totally unrelated Marios, but I just made this gif and man, Mario's a pretty lucky guy right?
