Cali's pretty big, there's NorCal AND SoCal, and within SoCal, there's even power rankings within communities, like Vato's xD

Indiana/Kentucky is... not very big. Indiana is way smaller (player wise) than Kentucky, we're a state filled with corn... that's all we have! CORN AND MARIO MAINS!

And Kentucky is just Kentucky. Of course we're not going to have as many people as California.

If you're talking about Overswarm, he chose to be on the Ohio list before IN/KY PRs even merged.

Well, I haven't had many opportunities to really play any matches with other people as of yet, so I kinda don't have any basic material to work off of.

If I fish for anything on the surface, then I can say that I'm having difficulty with that cape glide shenanigan.

Oh, I did have a question concerning that too:

Can you cape glide with a pivoted sideB?

I won't be able to try it until later, but what would the input/timing be? Is it just a sideB while running off the ledge of a platform, followed by the pivot?

Does it do the standard cape glide, but with Mario in reverse?

I'm not entirely sure on the Pivoted Cape Glide, Famous pretty much answered it too.

And yes you did, I looked up and seen your sig I was like God I'm dumb >_>, but you caught me before the edit lulz.

I don't do the cape dash. Never decided to implement it. Most recent thing I've been implementing is b-reversed fireballs which is quite helpful.

Do you know how to do Mario's Sliding Up-smash? If you don't, then learn it now. Mario's run velocity is highest right when his feet touch the ground. Interrupting his dash at this point with an Up-smash or Cape causes you to retain this high forward momentum.

After you learn to perfectly time Sliding Up-smashes, Cape gliding will be easy. I should point out, the EXACT distance Mario needs to run in order to get optimal Cape Glide or Sliding Up-smash distance happens to be the length of PS1 platforms (before transformations occur).

And yeah you can Cape Glide in reverse, but only on platforms that you can jump through.

Another funny thing to keep in mind, in hacks of Brawl where you can cancel dash with crouch (Brawl+, Brawl-), Mario can do a Sliding D-smash as well lmao.

Lol. A2Z, mind telling me how to time Sliding Usmash. I cant get it constistantly.

Basically you watch the initial dash animation until Mario's feet touch the ground. At around that point, then you can hit C stick Up and hold Z.

The time you spend charging Up-smash on a full length sliding Up-smash makes Up-smash so powerful that it kills heavies in the 120s.

Didn't know if Xisin was KY or IN, nor if he was better than OS or not, but yeah, OS lives in KY (to my knowledge), so that was who I was refering to.

Not a single ex-"proshi" ever used metaknight; They all quit or main DDK now. And our metagame is rapidly advancing without them, ironically.

And you guys need to be switching with Sonic on that there tier list, so step it up. I BELIEVE IN Y'ALL.
