If there is a tournament, it will be double elimination.
Starters are DL, Congo, Hyrule
Peach's is on the counter list
DK Cargo Hold banned past two releases - subject to watcher discretion
as if anyone is gonna use DK anyway

The following are not officially punishable, given I have no real authority
* Stalling bs
* pausing
* disrupting opponents
* resetting at the end of a match
* playing while completely and utterly ****ing stoned/drunk
These aren't punishable by the rules, but I get to smack people who don't listen to me with a tennis racquet

Also I think it's important to say matches are 8 minutes long. There is no Stock Time-limit in 64 but if you're against a notorious camper I suggest using your phone, the laptop, etc. to time.

DK requires across A > opposite direction B > repeat to break out correctly and ensure you don't get re-grabbed.

While counting time is sure damn easy, counting to 5 deaths is infinitely harder.
