Samus is a female, not a male. Furthermore, we don't use items. We have it off and set to none.If he is on the edge of Final Destination, and he does his FS, there's no escaping
Is there some way to dodge her FS, except Jumping high, and eventually falling in the blast
I think he was referring to his opponent.Samus is a female, not a male. Furthermore, we don't use items. We have it off and set to none.
his opponent is samus lolI think he was referring to his opponent.

whoa hold on. it can be angled? is there a vid of this? You cant hang, the blast can be angled. Only way to truely dodge her FS on FD is to rush her, right when she attempts to use it, jump over her and behind her, then grab the ledge. If your OP attempts to jump offledge then use it to hit you hanging there, he will die due to the transformation process.
Dont let them get the FS, rush, stay in their face, and jump over them if it happens to come down to it.
You never knew about that?whoa hold on. it can be angled? is there a vid of this?
i guess i never tried to angle it. wow, i learn things everydayYou never knew about that?
If only Samus could alter the trajectory of her Charge Shot like R.O.B.
Neither. We're talking about her Final Smash. Try it out in Training Mode.wait, are you guys talking about her forward smash or her fully charged shot??? 0.0
Or if it could bounce off the ground and/or walls. You never knew about that?

The Power Beam never done that in any of the Metroid games. Then again, this is Super Smash Bros. Heck, Ness and Lucas are given attacks that they never learn in the game.Or if it could bounce off the ground and/or walls.
Seeker Missiles FTW! Five Missiles all at once. Samus would be broken.Exactly. If we wanted to go on based of attacks, Samus should get missile types. I think it was discussed there are no "status" effects in the game. We do have, sleep and flower damage over time.
Heck, while we are at it, lets give Samus a beam sword for her Forward smash to extend her range to Ikes, but a stabbing motion which only knocks them back like Zeldas Dsmash.
:D
:D
:D

Imagine the beautiful set-ups you'd get if they hit in succession instead of all at once.Seeker Missiles FTW! Five Missiles all at once. Samus would be broken.
That would be awesome!Imagine the beautiful set-ups you'd get if they hit in succession instead of all at once.
Say good-bye, Meta Knight!
if it's xyro there's no way of dodging itIf he is on the edge of Final Destination, and he does his FS, there's no escaping

the user?Say good-bye, Meta Knight!
When she was firing her Homing and Super Missiles, I was reminded of SA-X.
Somewhat. You'd probably want to be closer to Samus, though, since the Zero Laser is wider at the end, and it's not as wide from where it's coming. With Olimar, jump over Samus and tether, if she's at the edge.the user?
and btw, what if it's Final Destination, and she's right at the edge, and she does the FS, and you just run to the other edge, and when it's almost near you, Jump, DJump, Up-Special. Wouldn't that be a good way, with exceptions of Olimar?
not true buddy Certain circumstances, being Samus firing a regular blaster shot at a door that requires a wave blast to open. the little ball of yellow light will bounce off :DThe Power Beam never done that in any of the Metroid games. Then again, this is Super Smash Bros. Heck, Ness and Lucas are given attacks that they never learn in the game.
Samus isn't fighting her opponent on a stage that richochets beams. In other Metroid games, more notably the side-scrollers, the beams never fired off the doors. If you had the Wave Beam, it would fire through doors that could not be opened with Beam weapons.not true buddy Certain circumstances, being Samus firing a regular blaster shot at a door that requires a wave blast to open. the little ball of yellow light will bounce off :D
Metroid prime 1 for game cube
Yeah, but he still takes some slight damage at the end. Use Pit, angle the shield up, and you'll be safe. You take about 25% though, at the end.I heard a rumor that pit could get through the zero laser by angling his mirror shield up, though I haven't tested it yet.
You have to be two Bowsers away from Samus. Seriously, that's what the video of the guy demonstrating this said.Yeah, but he still takes some slight damage at the end. Use Pit, angle the shield up, and you'll be safe. You take about 25% though, at the end.

I know, but I was saying that the surface that Samus and her opponent are standing on aren't reflective, nor does the ground deny something like the Power Beam, thus causing it to richochet.I was talking about Metroid Prime
So we don't get confused
Oh! that's really too bad. Because after it ricocheted it didn't hurt samus, Imagine a box type room with Wave beam doors. Samous would have a heaper B move than meta'sI know, but I was saying that the surface that Samus and her opponent are standing on aren't reflective, nor does the ground deny something like the Power Beam, thus causing it to richochet.
Agreed. Ice beam would have been Sweet!i would have liked to of seen samus`s phazon beam in this that would just seem godly >.< or atleast the ice beam to pull off the old metroid killing combos
