All of this quoted kinda from my prospective. I hate all of that, but I don't hate people for getting into Christmas, some people like it because it reminds them of being with family and nostalgia and not because they want more fuel for their visit to the shrink about why they hate their daddy for not buying them the car they wanted.

its so true, everything is amazing and nobody is happy, its really depressing when u think about it. the mass populous is a buncha whiny little *****es that take everything for granted.

Dayum k well I couldn't go to sleep so I'm going to stay up and play FF7 then take a power nap to keep me going so I can sleep at night and get ready for Peeks >.<

Same all the way. I enjoy Brawl because of Marth. If not for him I'd have no reason to play the game. Marth is just so perfect. Besides his run; I hate his run >.< In Melee it is way more BA.

But I've been playing less Brawl and more BlazBlue. I WOULD play SF if I had SSFIV. I love SFIII but nobody plays that so there is no point for me. I had a dream I got together with you guys and SFIII showed up only it was a very SFII-type game but it was SFIII and Ngamer was like, THERE'S LIKE ELEVEN DIFFERENT VERSIONS! and we went throught all of them. xP Weird dream to have considering I have someone else on my mind ; P

btw, You. . . . . . . are doing it RIGHT! ^^

Yes oh yes that will be tomorrow, cant wait. I will probably show up mid afternoon, but maybe sooner :).




Also Zash, shut the **** up and enjoy your free ****. Of course people suck. Just be glad they are giving you free **** for once instead of cancer.

Port City vs Florida Day 2:

I went to this place called "Zero Ping". Got there and started playing 1 on 1 with this guy. He picked Snake, I picked Wario. Immediately got 2 stocked...after the wake up call....boom I 2 stocked him. Then the back and forths began until, he adjusted to my Wario faster than I could adjust to all the buffered moves, times explosions, etc. So I picked Diddy and the REAL madness began. He wouldn't let me on stage EVER...like getting off the ledge onto the stage. I would get hit with something...all the time... On his end, whenever he got off stage he first tried to recover like a regular snake. After realizing that wasn't going to happen...everytime I knocked him off....he immediately blew himself up. He would cypher away from me and blow himself up even if he was at 25%. I taunted him, but that strategy was sound and it kept him in the game. His tech chasing skill was AMAZING...i would regularly take 4 grabs, just because of his technique. He would space himself so rolling away from him or getting up would be almost a guaranteed grab again. I need to figure out how to get out of that, cause he would eat away at my leads because of that madness. All in all I will say I lost more than I won, by a 45-55 margin. (@Joker: I would outplay him hard, but he was more difficult to kill than you. One time I hit him with a dsmash on the platform of smashville right next to the blastzone and he lived :-\. So I was better player than him, but he was able to abuse Snake's weight and killing power. The matches regularly read 600% given 300% taken for me. No matter if I won or lost. When ever that ratio was below 2 to 1...i nearly always won.) I'm not sure, but I'm gonna say that. He was good....so good that.....when Seibrik (the best in florida)...or however you say his name .......came over seibrik asked to play him. He was beating Seibrik's MK which is his main. So yeah, this guy was one of Florida's best. He and I spoke a little bit afterwards, and the snake player told Seibrik "yo man, you should play that guy's diddy. he is REALLY good." So I played some other people. I played a DK player, Sonic player...a bunch of other people and they weren't nearly as much of a problem as that one snake player. (@Trent: Man you might have to step your sonic game up and work on the wario vs Sonic match up. There was a REALLY good sonic player there, doing some new stuff with sonic i have never seen...it had something to do with dash into a jump into a buffer homing attack, something weird like that :). Anyway despite all of that Sonic is weak against Wario's bite so watch out for that matchup in the future) So then it was time to play doubles :-D :-) !!!!!! I invited the snake player, this other guy and Seibrek to play with us. They agreed at first, but then when it was time to play Seibrek said "i don't want to play teams. I never said i would play, HE said HE would play." I'm not gonna lie, I was slightly irritated by that. So Sbk actually left :-\...anyway so we played doubles and you guys already know how that went down. I played on teams and agaisnt everyone there....and i won almost every match. Like seriously, for 3 hours straight you heard "And the winner is.....*diddy kong sound effects.*" Those guys were good, but they were not ready for my "dynamic" playstyle as Brandon so politely calls it. It didn't help that i was playing well and i was learning how to play like them. So i was starting to buffer my moves and spot dodges properly. I could kinda feel myself getting better. I taught them the snake tactic of sticking the c4 on your partner. So i would be fighting them with a c4 on me nearly the entire match and they were paranoid "YO WHO IS IT ON!!!"... It was hilarious. I played against a DDD / Donkey Kong team. I almost had a 3 stock comeback 2 on 1. I had just did one previously, but this time i got caught in one grab....DDD down throw into DK's dtilt....do it until 150 uptilt to call it a day. It was a nice tactic. By the end of the night, they guys were like "Your diddy is INSANE", "You are good at teams." , etc. I gave everyone dap (ala shook they hand) and told them to hit me up on the boards next time they come to my spot to play. I have lots of matches recorded, so I'll try and upload some of them. Probably mostly losses so you guys can see how it went down when I did lose. My favorite quote came at the end of the night. It was everyone except me on their last stock high percent. I had 2. The other team killed me and was like "HURRY KILL HIS PARTNER BEFORE HE COMES BACK!!! HURRY HURRY HURRY...." my partner runs away...i respawn... "AWE $H1*, he's back!" LOL...everyone in the place (like 8 other people just watching, were fell out laughing. I had fun.

Wait, so you outplayed someone but still lost? How does that work? People always do more damage than me (lol dmg) but it don't rly matter if you can't kill... Then again, I play a different game.

I got the new Donkey Kong Country for christmas, it's pretty sweet so far.
Also got the super mario brothers game for the wii.

I got inception, scott pilgrim vs the world, andddd the other guys on blu ray.

Sweeet christmas.

@Se'kou Nice job man. Better hope that Snake player doesn't find that post. I'm sure he'll disagree with what you say haha

Donkey Kong Country was sick, kid 2 doors down had it at ISU, we beat it in 2 days. Time trials too ***ing hard though :O

@Debo: Nawl he wouldn't disagree. We were both mad. I was mad that I would lose, he was mad that he couldn't breathe. We were cool after the matches and talked, during the drama. So I doubt he says anything differently. I mean he went on a 4 game winning streak, and then i would break it and go on a 3 game streak. We were pretty evenly matched.

@Euclid: I'm trying to think of a good analogy that might happen in melee. I think imagine Pichu vs Ganon. If i'm not mistaken pichu has a hard time killing in that game. So imagine pichu running around, racking up damage on ganon. The ganon gets in a few hits, but those few hits cause lots of damage. So the pichu runs around beating the gannon up but makes about 6 mistakes and loses it life. The pichu player was "better" in the sense that the ganon couldn't stop him, but the ganon could rely on his killing power and surviveability to win. That is the nature of the Diddy Kong vs Snake match up. Despite that, I still went about even.

TL:DR - Just imagine a small 5 year old, beating up a grown man, and then the grown man is tired and bloody but gets in 1 good hit and knocks the kid out. :) You would probably still say, "Dang that little kid was good!"

Yeah, if I do come it'd be on Tuesday since I have a ton of **** to do Mo...actually, maybe I'd come Monday night and stay til Tuesday/Weds or whenever the hell I want to leave. I just got 300 dollars, do you know how much money that is! That's like 300 dollars! It's lookin like GG/Thugz for the OOS crew but I'll ask the rest to come, especially since JBM/Smeesh are now playing MK and need A LOT of practice :0

Yes i'm down for tuesday mini tourney. I'm unleashing my pt and new pikachu, get ready guys. Also, sekous, what i'm getting from your post is tl;dr: if we (ne/ia) try hard we can be pro

we need to have regular practices alternating between cities weekly - I seriously want to get better and compete nationally. like, of the 3 things that i'm pretty adamant about, smash gets its own category. I want to practice with you guys, and make it just like any of my school activities. I'm sure some of you guys are down to be committed to brawl, it's such a good and lovely game =3

Yeah I was actually thinking of having one since this is pretty much a biweekly ^.^
Also I'm pretty sure we can do both Singles/Doubles so how about $5 each o.0
And depending on how late people stay or how fast we finish the other two we can have crews and/or low tier tourney >.0

Well I guess it depends if the Melee tourney is $10 then only 2 enter, $5 around 5-6, $1 everyone from Brawl enters >.<

So yeah Melee tends not to be that big mainly cause it's the side tourney plus starting February I won't be doing Melee anymore <(^.^<)
