My tourneys having an awesome side tourney called Random Characters Random doubles.
It's a Mink original.
Everyone puts their name in the hat, and i draw random teams.
Those teams then choose random.
Each team gets one "mulligan".
You use random on all legal stages to decide where to go.
If your team wins, both your names go back in the hat.
If you lose, you and your team get stuck together and have to man it out.

T-block the puffs have discussed multiple times this year that the old guide is outdated and that we need a new one. I'm sure many of the others will vouch for me that they have said that.
The other guide said things like "puffs Usmash is a better kill move than utilt, even though it has less knock back and is a lot slower."
We need a new one. May I please have my thread back so I can continue working on it? The point of the title saying 20% complete is so that people don't say "is this all we have? There's no content in here at all!"
I'm weiting the thread and want other puffs to help. It's kinda supposed to be a community guide.

It doesn't really bother me whether we have a guide or not, I just don't want our official guide spewing lies.
I've personally barely learnt anything from the official guides on Smash Boards; actually playing, watching videos and talking to people are all far superior imo.

didn't see that T-Block closed out of that one. He is correct though. There's no need for 2 guides, but I feel that someone active should take ownership of the guide so we can discuss (Mink boi) and update. I was actually wanting to input my skills into the guide

I don't remember seeing any serious discussion about an attempt to write a guide. Typically the best way to go about starting something like that would be to drum up interest and get commitment from other members first, rather than create a thread where 80% of the effort was simply copy and paste and hope it takes off. If you have actually talked to members about this, then I apologize.
If there actually is community interest, I'll re-open it and unsticky the old one. Otherwise, it's a redundant pseudo-contribution, and is just a waste of time for everyone involved =\

I just figured we'd start fresh, but I don't really care. As long as we can get something going.
It wasn't my intention to have 2 guides. I just wanted to make a new one.
Also @grim I don't see what was in my thread that was wrong minus a few typos and the jab summary I forgot to re-do.
The frame data was taken from the old one because I don't have a hacked wii/dont know how to hack my wii so I can't collect all that data myself.
