What? The claw hold or using an arcade stick? Claw hold I see some people do at a local game pubs, still think you have a lower reaction rate when doing said holding method, but arcade sticks for shooters? Better be danmaku we are on bout here if that's the case XD

But I certainly adapted the claw hold before I ever knew it was a "thing" for real. Back in old school Halo days.

I wouldn't know. I don't play shooters on console because I'm not a scrub who needs auto aim and acceleration scaling, nor do I want it.

Smash on a stick wouldn't work so well unless it is modded so that the stick reads slight tilts so it can differentiate between tilts/walking and smash/dashing. That's what I think at least.
