The more you play top level players the more you'll see opportunities where usmash is even a legitimate possibility diminish.

Usmash never works because no one will ever get that close to Ganon. That's closer than grab range/jab range. No one really gets that close unless they are baiting the jab/grab/ftilt whatever.

Don't allow scrubs to belie the truth of Ganon: he's not that good.

The possible way to use it is when generally the opponent would DJ to avoid your Uair then create an opening for himself to hit you because he had already baited it... but since you conditioned him like that, you can Usmash him as a trap because he'll be already falling down on you. I've caught many people like that.

Or obviously in a combo too can work to kill floaties earlier on top or even combo fast fallers with guaranteed big damage. Don't forget about downthrow into Usmash too, (not sure the exact % though around 30-40) though it works only on semi-floaties like Doc, Mario, Jiggs/Peach can work too sometimes.

i'm a personal fan of the c0ckblast. if you only get that horizontal knockback hitbox, ****'s devastating.

Stomp > usmash sounds like it would be an extremely damaging short combo.....

Yep, easy combo if they dont DI dair, you can also definitely wait to get the cockblast hitbox too since Dair has so much stun.

Upsmash has great cooldown. But people don't know that. So upsmash when someone is spacing outside of your range and bait them to approach. Free jab to followup if you do it correctly.

What Ian's saying is beyond true. It works at every level of play. It's all about choosing the right distance to do it from. Everyone falls for it at some point.
