That is a good question and Im not sure what to do. I guess that since i let sonic into a few events(cause of the v3 change to v4) then i guess i can allow v4 in even though there may be a change in v5.

EXAMPLE: Ike is low tier in v4 but will most likely be mid tier in v5. I will allow him at hobo 28 to be in low tier.
