Its simple.
DO NOT BE LIKE ALL THE OTHER tournament organizers out there.
Offer "different" rules: Allow meta then ban meta, allow a few "odd" stages, become a tyrant, give rides to any and all, house any and all, bring in at least one OOS to every hobo so the word can be spread, allow free entry for the "special guests"
all of that stuff really adds up over time. Im just lucky enough i had the attitude(tyrant time) and the resources(funplex/pz/pnt/drink station/u of h) and the back-up(de angelo/df/rt).
PS: strife, you were gonna get a special announcement when u arrive.
