ARMs X Punch Out X Teleroboxer
We're combining the three boxing franchises. This games got modes. The teleroboxer character's "arms" in ARMs mode are no different than Byte's from ARMs (the actual arms, not the swappable item ARMs). They're robots. The Punch Out characters have ARMs specific to their characters. When not in ARMs mode, the ARMs characters have normal arms and are frequently unmasked (Kid Cobra, Master Mummy, Max Brass, Springtron, Ninjara, and Dr. Coyle remain masked no matter what, Helix also keeps his goggles). Teleroboxer robots are now robotic suits/costumes which don't provide them additional abilities, but allow them to look the way they should in the ring. I'll specify what the arms are made out of for new characters to arms (that aren't robots), but I'm not going to figure out what their unique ARMs (like megawatt or stinger) are because I don't have clear ones in mind.
Mode 1: Punch Out: The simplest mode is probably the Punch Out mode. Based on Punch Out NES/Wii, this game expects players to box through the ranks for the title. ARMs characters have normal arms for this game, though their intense characterizations still show up (e.g. Twintelle's moves do actually use papparazzi camera flashes to blind the player, Helix does his body wiggle to dodge punches unless you figure out the puzzle to stun him into vulnerability, Min Min tries to sell you ramen in the text blurbs between rounds. Players can choose to play as Little Mac, Spring Man, Harry the guy in a robotic suit, or Ribbon Girl, though there is virtually no difference between any of them or how they play. They play like punch out in this mode. Get star punches and punch opponents with face shots or body blows. This traditional belt line looks like this:
Minor Circuit (3):
Johnny Bysel using Pagero the boxing robotic suit - Your basic Glass Joe. This rust bucket isn't held together all that great.
Kid Cobra - Keeping his helmet on, his boxing gloves are now painted to look like biting cobra faces. Snake hissing sound effects are linked to his punches and timing
Mechanica using Nugget the boxing robotic suit - While she's from ARMs, Mechanica built her own teleroboxer-like suit to participate in this tournament.
Major Circuit (4):
Big Rick in Spokong Suit - It's King Hippo. It's just robo king hippo. You have wait till he brings the ball in his belly up to his neck, punch him in the face to send the ball down to the belly and then beat him with body blows. While his shots do not have King Hippo's devastating damage, he can also get up from the first knock down.
Twintelle - Camera flashes and spins make this one of the more confusing punch out style fighters since Disco Kid.
Ninjara - Taking the role of the Great Tiger fight is Ninjara. Instead of magic, it's ninjitsu now
Helix - He stretches, he dodges. Also has eerie similarities to the King Hippo fight in the fact that you need to hit him at the right time to keep his stretchy body from dodging you.
World Circuit (6):
Cheri Freneal in Prin - She's fast. She's stealthy. She fights like a cat burglar. She definitely stole the Prin robot/suit.
Min Min - The Ramen Warrior doesn't kick you in the face.... but she will block shots with kicks and for punch out reasons it is legal.
Master Mummy - He's big. He's bad. He's undead. He also heals slowly during the fight, so you need to keep the pressure on. Which drains your hearts faster. This is going to be a large bruiser of a Don Flamenco.
Lola Pop - It's a clown in punch out. She clowns. But more attractively than Mad Clown.
Kevin Pasco in Ikanger - The typical boxing kangaroo. But now it's looks robotic.
Max Brass - Our final Boss du jour is the commish himself
Title Holder (16-17)
Do it all again while you hold the belt. The circuits however now add one new champion for each.
Minor Circuit adds Byte and Barq. To make this fight more doable, you have to punch Byte into his corner so he knocks out Barq, who cheatingly keeps trying to hit you from the corner.
Major Circuit adds Misango, who unlike master mummy's ability to heal little by little, Misango's punches have small poison effects
World Circuit adds Dr. Coyle... Who seems to have a secret third arm in her lab coat for punching somehow
Beat it all and you get to face the legendary champion from teleroboxer (the cat guy)
Unlock Title Holder and you get to use Springtron as a player character (this mode only)

Mode 2: Teleroboxer/Super Punch Out
This mode plays like Teleroboxer, the punch out arcades, and Super Punch out on the SNES. Expect to face robotic versions of Punch Out characters here. Playable characters are again: Harry, Little Mac, Spring Man, and Ribbon Girl:
Round 1: Robo Gabby Jay
Round 2: Robo Bear Hugger
Round 3: Robo Disco Kid
Round 4: Robo Aran Ryan
Round 5: Robo Super Macho Man
Round 6: Robo Mr. Sandman
Round 7: Robo Narcis Prince
Round 8: Robo Nick Bruiser
This mode is quick. It should really feel the closest to arcade punch out. Beat it once and unlock Springtron for this mode.

Mode 3: ARMs Classic A:
It's Multiplayer ARMs. Two players or four players with tethered to each other in pairs step into the stages (same ones from ARMs with added ones for the added characters).
Base ARMs Roster and DLC are playable (15 characters)
.
Little Mac is playable, his stage is essentially a more traditional colored palette swap of Spring Man's stage (blue ring and the springs look like rope you can bounce on, like smash bros.) and his arms are green wire frames. His special ability is that he gets double damage if he punches through a throw or successfully counters
Mr. Sandman is playable. His arms are made of sand and his stage is a thinly veiled homage to the steps from Rocky (both are from Philly). His special ability is a ranged stun with a cooldown
Glass Joe is playable. His arms are made out of glass and his stage is an homage to the Arche De Triumphe. He has no special ability, he is Glass Joe.
Harry is playable, his special ability is a combo rush. His arms are like Byte's. His stage is a red and black virtual boy looking version of spring man's stage.
Ikanger is playable, his special ability is a stage-crossing hop. His stage is an homage to the Sydney Opera House.
Spokong is playable, his special ability is basically just Lola Pop's (a walking guard). His stage is a baseball field.
UNLOCKABLES (ARMs Modes only):
Bald Bull: Looking like the Mask X from ARM Wrestling as his mask and with arms made out of bull fur, guy has a bull charge as a special. His stage is surrounded by green curtains with a center table/platform meant to evoke the arm wrestling arcade game
Super Macho Man: With arms that look like tornadoes, the super macho man is back, and his special tornado punch is ready. His stage is a mountain that looks like the "HOLLYWOOD" sign, but instead the letters read "NINTENDO"
Doc Louis: With arms of liquid chocolate, Doc Louis can step into the ring. His special attack is another stage-crosser, but now on a chocolate bike. His stage is a thinly veiled homage to the bridge with the statue of liberty in the distance that he and Mac would be seen training on in the old punch out cutscenes.
Prin: She's just the springtron version of Ribbon Girl. Ribbon Girl with the stun.
Legendary Champion: The Legendary cat champion from Teleroboxer. His special move is a temporary speed boost. His stage is virtual boy looking version of sky arena
Frank Jr: Our final unlockable, the final boss from Arm wrestling, his arms are pure electricity. His stage is just a palette swap of Bald Bull's.

Mode 4: ARMs Classic B:
It's the ARMs Grand Prix mode. Played single player or co op with any characters unlocked in Arms Classic A.
Normal fighters do not include: Mr. Sandman, any unlockable character, springtron, Max Brass, Dr. Coyle, or HedLok
Matches 1 and 2 are Fights vs normal fighters.
Match 3 is either V-Ball, Hoops, or Skillshot. Hoops can now be played as 2 on 2 or 1 on 1. There is a larger stage for 2 on 2.
Match 4 is a normal fight.
Match 5 is either V-Ball, Hoops, or Skillshot.
Match 6 is a normal fight.
Match 7 is vs. Springtron on Difficulties 1-3 if the player has lost a round. If the player has never lost a single round, it is vs. Prin. Beating Prin unlocks her. On difficulty 4 and up if the player has lost a round, it's Bald Bull. If the player has never lost a round, it's Super Macho Man. Beating Bald Bull unlocks Bald Bull. Beating Super Macho Man unlocks Super Macho Man.
Grand Finale: On difficulties 1-5: If the player isn't Mr. Sandman, it's Mr. Sandman. If the player is Mr. Sandman, it's Max Brass. If it's co op and the players have selected Max Brass and Mr. Sandman, it's a random combination of Spring Man, Ribbon Girl, Harry, and/or Little Mac, whoever has not appeared in the earlier rounds. If co-op and only one player picks either Sandman or Brass, then the boss is whichever one a player didn't pick teamed up with either spring man, ribbon girl, harry, and/or little mac (whoever hasn't appeared earlier in the story mode and isn't picked by the other player)
If you're on difficulties 1-3, that ends the game. At 4 and up, move on to the special match
Special Match:
At Difficulty 4-5, you get a Hedlok'd version of Max Brass or Mr. Sandman/Max Brass, whoever your final boss was. If co-op they come with an extra springtron or prin. (If the players are either springtron or prin, replace with spring man and/or ribbon girl, even if they appeared earlier)
At Difficulty 6-7, you get a Hedlok'd version of Dr. Coyle. If co-op they come with an extra springtron or prin. (If the players are either springtron or prin, replace with spring man and/or ribbon girl, even if they appeared earlier)
Special Match II: At difficulty 4-5, it's Legendary Champion from Teleroboxer. If co op, teamed with Dr. Coyle, Helix, or Springtron.
At difficulty 6-7, it's Frank Jr. from Arm Wrestling. If co op, teamed with Max Brass or Mr. Sandman or Springtron.
Beating Legendary Champion or Frank Jr unlocks them

Mode 5: Classic ARMs side modes
Hoops, V-Ball, Skillshot, Get ARMs, Hedlok Scramble.... 1 on 10, 1 on 100, ARMS test, They're all here.
--
Mode 6: Story Mode
So basically Dr. Coyle rebuilt the legendary champion from Teleroboxer and that's the root of the trouble, the crossover is breaking reality and needs to be stopped. You play a basic 3D platformer with an ARMs character and try to stop Dr. Coyle.
Stages will be largely based on familiar Nintendo Stages from earlier 3D platformers (Bob Omb Battlefield, New Donk City, that zelda stage from 3d land, Alivel Mall from Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Hyrule field)... whatever can actually be fully transversed with an ARMs character's mobility. Enemies throughout will be recolored Barqs, Teleroboxer characters, and the things from the 1 on 10 and 1 on 100 arms test modes.
When you get to the end of a stage, instead of a flag, it's always going to be a bossfight (a normal ARMs fight.)
The final stage and boss is "LOCATION REDACTED - LAB(rynth) ENTRY" based on Dr. Coyle's stage from ARMS. Final bosses are Dr. Coyle and Legendary Champion.
Beat the story mode within a few hours and a secret fight against Frank Jr. unlocks for all ARMs based modes.
This is the MUCH EASIER way to unlock Legendary Champion and Frank Jr.

DLC:
Luigi with his Mr. L mask and two chain chomps for arms.
