edit: I just ran it by my mom and she doesn't seem to have a problem with it. She wanted me to ask my dad too, he'll probably say yes though.

The last day to pre-reg is the 18th. Unless Vilt decides to change the date cause of Mango. But yeah. For now I know the last day is the 18th.
