i thought 2 was pretty good...not sure if it was as good as the first or not. they were both good superhero movies.

i also thought the first incredible hulk movie was good (not the one from a year or two ago, the one a few years before that that no one liked =P).

****, looks like I gotta go re-watch it.

Looking back at that chart, it's crazy how many 2nd movies were rated better than the 1st.

Spiderman 2 was the number 1 rated superhero move of all time before Dark Knight came out, it's a goodie =P

Just depends on opinion rly, but that was the majority opinion for a while
idk how Ghost World made it so high on that list.

But I haven't seen the full movie so w/e.

GAH I'm too addicted to Heartgold right now x_x

I'm on my way back to Olivine city to get the badge from there. I forgot how retardedly annoying it was to keep everyone's level even. but so far I have everyone at lv.29. And the beautiful part of it all is that I know I'm not even half way done XD

edit - bah! lv grinding gets annoying after a while *goes to play ace attorney investigations*

quick questions

my old prepaid phone is no longer used and i keep no money on it. and from previous experience (accidentally letting the balance expire) and through testing (texting it with my new phone), i cannot receive calls or texts... but someone just texted me asking to smash lol, and i can't think of anyone who'd have my number and not my new one, or would be close enough to ask for smash... i also cannot see the ID of this number, nor can i reply. i also once got a merry christmas text, which is strange since once again i've tested and should not be able to receive texts... anyone have any insight on this?

next, UoG is selling old games/systems.. there is a new n64 for sale for 39.99 that is in original packaging. anyone know if that's a good deal? he also has smash64 for 39.99 which seems high to me. i'm really considering the n64, but I don't know about smash... anyone with insight on this? lol

well if the n64 is new then I guess it's good. My cousin bought a perfectly working used one for about 20 bucks and I think he got smash for 10 I think. >_>..so no for the smash.

yeah i'm thinking def NO for the smash lmao, guelph sucks and has no n64 resources and i dislike ordering/buying online, and haven't had the time to look it up elsewhere lol

according to some ebay prices, the new n64 for 40 looks all right, tho just barely slightly high

edit - does an n64 use a memory card? which may be sold separately or something?

i'm an n64 noob, obv

still pretty good. haha, did you bring back any new tricks with you?

you don't really have to level grind at that point...if you go through things at a faster pace things start giving way more experience and it evens out to being the same as training for a while in one spot. plus everything is slightly harder since you're a lower level. this is the case in a lot of rpgs actually. (the downside is that the game doesn't last as long =P)

no idea about the phone. and to reiterate what other people have said, n64 sounds like a good deal, smash 64 doesn't.

n64 generally doesn't need a memory card. you can get them, and they fit weirdly into the backs of the controllers...but as far as i remember that was only for specific extra stuff or for more storage space (?). you probably don't need one.

wikipedia says some games save to the memory card instead of the cartridge, but to be honest i can't think of any that do that and i took my memory card out of my n64 controllers years ago cause it made it unnecessarily heavier =P maybe there's a list of n64 games that require a memory card somewhere, if there really are any?

@ Kyle Yup plenty of new tricks, just wait till after weekend so that i can show all of u guys..
Also, gonna use my main; fox.... u guys didnt get to know him. hopefully everything will go smoother this time, lol.

Oh, and about N64 memory cards, I remember saving ghost data for MarioKart64 and DKR ,also Quest 64 saved with it, Rush also... just to name a few. BUT I ACTUALLY recommend getting it cuz of the rarity of it. Im Kinda of a collectionist myself...

Although, just to clarify , I dont really see why there is any need for a N64 because Wii practiclly has every game on it, with exception of the Rareware games... All The others were released on Wiiware or injected .. but this isnt really the place to discuss that...

oh cool, when are you gonna be back here again?

quest 64! i loved that game =D still have it somewhere. lol but i'm aware it's pretty bad in several ways.

anyway jack, if memory cards are hard to find i can just give you one. i should have at least two and it's not like i'm ever gonna need both of them.

N64 is the best system ever. If u can get one for cheap you should do so so without hesitstion. Some games require a memory card and others require an expansion like Dk64 and Perfect Dark because I think the game was pretty big memory wise. Also I **** at Goldeneye :)

haha, after watching someone else try to play it, i realize quest 64 is actually really hard. everything is strong and normal enemies can realistically kill you in certain parts. but that was perfect for me as a little kid because i had the patience to grind a lot.

i want to try out smash 64 with the original feel to it (ie. n64 controller lol) i don't want to play 64 with a gc controller... i'm sure it'd be pretty easy to get the hang of it otherwise

i've played the rom for it and it isn't the same >_>

thanks i know who to go to if i ever need one =D

that game is definitely not hard.

Earth and fire elements are too broken.

Also, it's the worst RPG ever made IMO (besides FF1)

Yup, Quest 64... aaah... good old times...
I remember before having a Mem Card I used to play it all day then i would leave the n64 turned on overnight so that i wouldnt have to start from the beginning, It WAS pretty hard but it was all about grinding and conserving breads and potions,.. i would go with fire all the way then use water for healing... thank god that after about a year of playin it a finally beat it...
Oh, and its not like THE WORST RPG of all time, im pretty sure there are a lot of others... i think on snes or psx there were worse

Oh, Im not sure when ill be going back to Toronto but I definitly let u guys know

Also, good games on N64 are KI Gold and MK Trilogy..

it's not like kaizo mario or anything, but you really can die on normal enemies and the bosses are pretty strong, and yeah, scarcity of healing items. i didn't say it would be hard for me ;)

sometime after my last exam (this saturday), i dunno when but maybe later in april, i wanna host something pretty big again. or maybe something smaller then but something bigger once my parents leave for the cottage.

alright.

I don't want to spoil the game, but earth element is so stupid. Fire too.

yeah, i have beaten it before, probably more than once. physical attack is pretty strong too considering it's just a staff. often it was better to just attack enemies than use magic...especially after getting the spell that increases attack power. and supposedly wind gets good later on, but i wouldn't know cause it sucks so much at the beginning and i always mostly avoided it.

oh, so you have played it. Well, the barrier from the earth element is the most gayest spell ever!!

well now that's just not true <_<

but then again FF1 was the only one I liked from that series =P

on that note: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/zero-punctuation/1569-Final-Fantasy-XIII

I will say it with full honesty, that game sucked
aww, I heard good things about FFXIII. I don't think I would've played it anyway. Oh well.
