Guys how do you know when you have to get your wisdom teeth pulled out cuz my teeth are freaking hurting all of a sudden. I'm scared ****less after watching a bunch of videos of people getting their wisdom teeth pulled out..this one girl went in all happy and came out like she just got analed by godzilla. Dude someone help me please have anyone of you guys had it pulled out???

Ask a dentist. and i wouldn't worry about it, it's supposed to be a pretty normal thing, although i suppose if enough people get an operation SOME are gonna have a tough time with it, and of course those are gonna be ones that get put into videos. cause people like watching horrible things for some reason.

i'm getting mine out in a month or two. nothing hurts right now but i can feel a bit of pressure from time to time, just against my teeth in general.

go see a dentist or something. if you have a family dentist go in and ask them about that, they can refer you to a specialist. if not...i dunno, maybe you can just walk into a specialist's office and talk to them?

again though, i wouldn't worry about it, getting your wisdom teeth out is a really common thing. i know a bunch of people who have and they all said it was pretty straightforward, and that they recovered pretty quickly and everything. it'll probably hurt a bit after and your mouth is supposed to swell up a bit, but meh, that's about it...you just take some tylenol and don't eat anything crunchy for a few days.

Most of time wisdom teeth **** themselves up and become impacted and need to be removed. There is the off chance they could be fine though (lol).

But srsly, though. Go to the dentist.

This is how mine went. They stuck in IV in my arm, put this **** over my face, then when I woke up my mouth was super dry and stuffed full of gauze.

Also 4 holes where my teeth used to be and a mouthful of stitches :D

don't worry nightmare i've done research on this before and as long as you're not in your late 20s or early 30s, you can either choose to delay your removal of wisdom teeth or have them removed immediately depending on how bad they are

you can't tell without an x-ray tho, about how bad they are lol, so you'll need to see a dentist

reason for before late 20s/early 30s is cuz by that age your gums may not manage to close completely after the surgery... cuz... yeah... you can imagine/reason out the rest...

yeah, I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth taken out a week ago, but I dunno what happened.......

gotta re-schedule.

Also, your teeth will destroy your neighboring teeth if it grows in wrong, so that's why you have it take it out. My bottom-left tooth grew in horizontal (it's pointing like > instead of ^), and the bottom-right grew in crooked.

I went through that about a year ago. its gonna be pretty torturous, during the process you feel a faint bit of pain but you sure as hell will feel the dentist yanking at those suckers forcing you entire head to move.

then once it's done you're gonna be very iritable and bleeding in a place you never thought could bleed that much.

all while you start to have the monsterous craving for a kind of food but you cant since eating any kind of solid in the first 2 weeks can cause the stiches in your mouth to rip open

It's gonna be a fun 2 week
