What are your computer specs?

- Graphics Video Card: nVidia GeForce GTX 560M 1,536MB PCI-Express GDDR5 DX11 (SKU - S3R452)

EDIT: IMPORTANT
You gotta do windowed mode in LoL. You can make it effectively fullscreened by downloading and using this: http://grismar.net/shiftwindow/
To use it, just click on "grab" under "window." Select league of legends tm and then click on "trigger it." This will maximize the window to take up your whole screen.
Try this Jpak:
Twitch/Justin/Own3d settings:
Xsplit Default
Quality- 10
VBV Max 4000
VBV Buffer 5000 (If it chops up, try 3,500 VBV max bitrate and 4-4.5k buffer- play around with this.)
Default Stage Resolution
Audio Format 44.1 16bit stereo
Audio Bitrate 192000 (128k is about as low as you wanna get. You can try 192)
Then look up a guide on how to do the media regions settings (what your viewers see of your screen).
Also, there's a couple other settings like skype interaction and stuff I'll show you next time i'm on League.
another edit: Honestly, your upload is so damn high you can probably do w/e audio/video bitrate settings you want.

Is that an Asus g74sx? I'm getting a new G74sx this month with almost those exact specs, only mine will have the 3gb video card (still a 560M) and I think a 570gb hdd, and 12gb ram.
I'm so excited about the new system.
I'm trying to play from my dad's house at point lookout, but the internet is shiesty down here and I don't think it'll work.

Any suggestions on how to properly build Irelia? There seem to be a lot of different ways to build her although I see almost every one grab Tri Force. Is atmogs good on her or like wit's end or something? Do I skip wriggle's altogether and rush tri force?
