LOL SERIOUSLY. How do you DO this? It should be obvious that in my current games I'm usually sharing creeps in a lane (no structure). How do I last-hit while being harassed by two others in my lane? It's so scary.

Usually I get denied pretty hard until about level 5 when my kit is complete (with melee like Riven anyway, ranged I do better) and I can harass effectively, but damn son, getting gold while being harassed is just ... wat.

It's harder when your first starting out, but one thing to keep in mind is when you start if you know your going to be against ranged, just start cloth 5 pots or boots 3 pots (personally since Riven has her Q and dash I would start cloth). This gives you the ability to take a decent amount of punishment but still get your farm on, and hopefully allow you to rush wriggles for better sustain. Riven has great juking abilities so I feel like you shouldn't have too much issues vs AP champs as long as your paying attention.

It's tough, but you definitely learn how to last hit and focus on your farm as best as possible.
And here's another thing to consider. A regular champ kill is going to be 300 gold for you. If you last hit three waves of minions you have earned around that much. That's without putting yourself at the risk involved in killing an enemy champion. It's just the safest and most reliable way to get money.

Old masteries weren't really the point. They definitely weren't made with jungling in mind. I just don't think the new masteries are as impactful as some people are making them out to be.

Which masteries are "sick nasty"?

Pretty much all the offensive AD options and Bladed Armor have been such a nice boost. I never really got low as Trundle before, but now I don't even dip. Still amazes me I can do double golems level 1 without losing more than a bar (without leash).


Not having to shovel 10,000 points to get to the ones you wanted, most of them are actually useful.

Kind of interested in the philosophy of avoiding bad players to climb in ELO. Certainly it's not fun and very frustrating to play with baddies, I get that.

But theoretically it's more likely that the baddies will be on the opposing side, since there are 5 randoms over there and 4 on your team.

That's if the other team isn't in your predicament either.

Either way, I'd rather have a closer game with 2 at least semi competent sides than win/lose 50 elo due to one side getting counter jungle twitch, AFK Annie Mid, or Jax Tryn bot.

they specifically said "sometimes we get so excited about a champ we want to share it with you." then something like "she won't be coming out for a while, but we are excited cause she's so cool so we want you to be excited too"

I mean I don't know if there's anyway to enforce a muted mic through skype?

Not really. Though she MIGHT have ability to take CV and Heal which would make her slightly more viable, since she is tough to pin down w/ her shield and would give her lane some sustain that way.

Eh, alright. I was hoping that she'd be able to use her tools (zoning and cc) to play more of a pressure support to give her carry last hits in the early game and in the transition adopt a primarily shield/cc role, but I guess that's not really viable because of her lack of sustain and defense against physical, she'd only really lane well against a support/AP carry lane.
