All too easy.:dense :
Early game characters have always been the OP bitznitch. Remember when Ezreal was still "gamebreakingly OP" when he literally did not have any form of scaling left? (75% IAS to 50%, 1.2 AD ratio to 1.0)I'd argue Talon is so ****ing versatile in where he can lane early on and amazing mid-game in early dragon fights and in skirmishes at red/blue and in ganking that whether or not he's good-late game doesn't really matter a whole lot.
I don't remember that.Early game characters have always been the OP bitznitch. Remember when Ezreal was still "gamebreakingly OP" when he literally did not have any form of scaling left? (75% IAS to 50%, 1.2 AD ratio to 1.0)
i stand by my ap nasus no matter how many people hate on it!So many people going to pick up Nasus after the tourney.
****ing namesearchingCyanide's Lee Singer is pretty good. Best one I've seen in tournament play so far.
If you can shut down his farm you really hit him hard, and that's my only problem with Nasus. Grab some gold/10 and just free farm all day and you can just crush everything in sight. So many people going to pick up Nasus after the tourney.
How does Talon do against AP with huge burst potential (Brand, Annie with stun, Zil, etc)?I'd argue Talon is so ****ing versatile in where he can lane early on and amazing mid-game in early dragon fights and in skirmishes at red/blue and in ganking that whether or not he's good-late game doesn't really matter a whole lot.
Also, he's a lot more viable mid-lane than most bruisers, considering he buttrapes casters. And when you pick talon, you can actually run solo-AP top lane if you want, without forcing yourself to run double AP solos. Many lane-switch shenanigans can be had.

Would've been 100 at level 1.I do remember 120 base damage on his Q at rank 1 tho.
That was bull****.
How though? I don't think his silence lasts long enough to be able to run out of range of his target without getting hit.He destroys them in my experience.
So who can shut down Nasus in lane, then? There are some counters to him in lane, and if you can force him to stop farming for whatever reason you hit him harder than most characters because he's not just loosing out on gold he's loosing Q damage.
:akali:So who can shut down Nasus in lane, then?
I could try and theorycraft something to illustrate how the matchups usually go, but I think it's a matter of guaranteed burst vs skillshot burst (most of the best APs have them)... and the skillshot burst not having as much damage, and Talon having his stealth to make trades at level 6 high in his favor... on a low CD. The silence is really good for dodging skillshots too.How though? I don't think his silence lasts long enough to be able to run out of range of his target without getting hit.
I'm pretty sure there was a bug for about 2 weeks that made it do 120.Would've been 100 at level 1.
Unless you're considering the current "meta rune page" for ad carries. But barely anybody did anything bar stack armor pen back then though... so.. meh.
For sure.it doesnt matter if you beat nasus, he can still do fine if your team is built to last long enough.
Slow duration still gets reduced by tenacity, but if it does, the slow still reaches 40%. (or w/e % it is.)doesnt wither do max length no matter what
why do people think that?doesnt wither do max length no matter what
