I have something like a 95% winrate with Azen on my team in solo queue, but I honestly don't get particularly scared when I see him on the other team (probably somewhere around 50% winrate vs. him) . Got him on my team back to back last night, both times he ruined the other team with AD Kennen, lawl.

I'm beginning to realize at low elo (my elo is horrible under 1000, got 4 leaves out of my first 5 ranked games, lost the other etc. snowball) that certain champs while excellent for higher elo is not that great for lower elo.

Obviously certain support champs and I'm also beginning to think Shen isn't great either. Shen doesn't do good dmg, and at low elos I've heard that all that really matters is what teams manage to just do more damage in fights. So I can save my teammates lives and be super strong and not die. But I'm relying on my team to do strong damage and most of the time they can't.

I think my match history is reasonable to how I typically play. I just have never had more than a 2 win streak in ranked. Also since my elo is so low I'm typically the last pick, so I always end up playing tank usually, which I don't mind. Am I right in thinking that I would be better off picking a tank that can do decent damage (Like Cho'gath or Singed) versus picking a tank like Shen or Rammus? (ie they have taunt).

Play guys who can 1v5. Mordekaiser is a ****ing boss. Renekton, Irelia, Jarman, Warwick, Udyr, Garen, Cho, Singed, Xin Zhao, Olaf... all good options. Rammus and Amumu can sorta do it too sometimes.

rammus primarily got me out of 800 elo, but that was before he became popular and got nerfed, so i don't know how well you would fare now.

I'll see what happens to night. I may try to do ranked with MacD (haven't asked him yet lol) Maybe we will try Cho/Irelia or something as opposed to Janna/Irelia.

He threw a huge party when all us MBR Leaders went to [insert family travel destination here] and we came back a little early to discover the floor COVERED in cocaine and half a dozen or so strippers passed out on his bed. Needless to say, we were pretty upset about it and had to stage an intervention, but he showed up intoxicated and started showing off a tattoo he had gotten the night before rather than accept our loving embrace.

Long story short, M3D was kicked out for not inviting us to the party.

They removed everyone and you had to reapply to be reconsidered for getting back in. They gave plenty of time for warning though, even if you only casually looked at the room you'd have seen it coming over a month away.

I got removed from the revamped MBR for inactivity. I just found a lot of the initial debates to be more trivial than useful and stopped checking back. When I got admitted, I thought it'd be cool to be back there and was kind of upset I got booted, but in the end it was for the best.

Honestly, you go through a lot of crap explaining your decisions to the Melee community than you do actually making them. Its a pretty thankless position and I don't really miss it. Kudos to those who are still active back there.

So I don't play this game enough to get better so I think I am gonna stop solo queuing and just start playing with smashers and friends and stuffed_turkey because he is my favorite person.

I tried Cass again today after getting her in an ARAM. She's tricky, but she can dish out some crazy deeps if you land Q. It was really exciting to be controlling so much space on the field, I like her style. Still don't think she can quite measure up to other mages, but maybe if there was someone who was amazing with her she could.

Oh my, Eve and Kat are OP if they know what they are doing. Me and Fro DOMINATED a game last night. <3 my FroFro. It's nice actually being able to depend on someone being competent when you set up kills for them.

Shaco + Soraka is like my favourite bot lane.

Real laning shaco ranked game wins: Not all of them are AP, some of them have dodgey rune pages for level 1 dragon so its hard to capitalise on general eve-ish roaming strats.

I would have gotten 10 ranked wins in a row too if it wasn't for some 1950 elo cait duoing with a 1400 soraka who did nothing but say 'gogoogogogogogo' against a team with superior team fighting/cc when we had no 'good' hard cc.
