AP nasus is fun.
Though its hard to itemise because you kinda don't need sheen.
But getting Lich Bane is nice.
You kinda would like Rylais, because of your two aoes (however, the aoe on nasus' ult is like the of singed's toss range relative to the extra size nasus gets - its less than sunfires).
You kinda want that extra pew from DFG...
AP nasus starts becoming super special awesome at about 12k gold worth of items.
Lich bane > Death Cap > DFG > Frozen Heart > Void Staff > Merc Treads.

Red/Quints Armor Pen, Mana Regen Yellows, AP blues. Rush Sheen, grab death cap then if the game isn't lost you start WINNING

-Vocal- : Ryze SHOULD be burning his snare on you if you can get him to do it. If being CC'ed is a problem and you decided not to get Mercs then QSS, it's cheap and gives you good MR and the active is baller.
Alistar is susceptible to cc especially with ones with short cds this is why you need merc treads instead of mobility. Yes his ult breaks through one cc but that is it. He is countered by true damage such as irelia, cho, olaf, and ignite. Ali is strong because of his roaming power and how he forces to play the enemy solo laners a different way. The problem now is teams aren't picking solo laners that can farm at their own turrets because they are not too common.
Malzahar can farm mid from his turret, hyuk hyuk hyuk.

It can be done, but I really just play alistar as a cc bot. He's more viable as support rather than tank. But in a pinch it can be done.
Super fun team comp: rammus, alistar, blitz. That's 6 disables and a silence. Unique passive:be so bulky you can get zac stuck under you.
Ty for teemo build mogwai. Any other tips?
Oh, and flat ap zil is troll.

So I tried to record my first LoL match today :/
only did like the first 1:30 cause Im still having some issues with Fraps... -you still get to see me get a kill :D-

Evan doesn't really play this game. He just posts on this thread like he does and AFKs in Vent and on the client.
Also, we've had some hilarious moments/comments that the world will never see. I think listening to recordings of Zac would be awesome, tbh.

I think I've finally gotten the hang of playing Corki. Thank god, I got tired of failing

I'll start recording vent from now on whenever zac is playing with us. I dont really see him much anymore though =[ Since he left the game has gotten calmer...
I hate vent. Does anyone else ever get that crap where you don't hear anything for a whole match and afterwards all the chat comes in at once?

This is only a very basic guide; a lot of champions will deviate from this and even personal style can deviate. It depends on the champion, your build, and your playstyle.
Here are a few random tips on runes.
- Runes are usually for a boost in the early game. Many bonuses from runes become ignorable in the late game.
- The runes that scale into the late game best are the ones that fill stats that are rare to come by through items. Move Speed, Armor Pen, Magic Pen.
- Having the runes are VERY important to jungling. I only really jungle with tanks (Amumu, Malphite). My rune page for tanky jungling is
- Reds Flat Armor or Magic Pen
- Yellows Flat Armor or Mana regen per level
- Blues Flat Magic Resist or Mana regen per level or Cool Down Reduction
- Quints Flat Health or Health Regen
- Tanky/Survivability runes really help with laning. Most if not all of my lane rune pages have health/health regen, armor and magic resist. At early levels, your damage is primarily from leveling your abilities NOT FROM ITEMS. So your early damage output is improved more by leveling your abilities than by increasing your stats. Being able to stay in the lane longer than the other guy gets you an XP and level advantage.

Buying level 1 runes in the meantime is acceptable, but they immediately become obsolete when you hit 20 and you'll regret the purchase later unless you're hellbent on playing more competitively before you hit level 20 (for instance I needed to use tier 1 runes on my smurf because I got too high normal elo too quickly and needed some built in mana regen to compete with the guys I was running into).

@Mog: Basic set should have Flat HP Regen Quints instead of Flat HP Quints? I didn't think people used HP Regen Quints...
3 HP Regen Quints = 8.1 HP/5
3 Flat HP Quints = 78 HP
in under 50 seconds of regenerating, the HP Regen Quints outstrip the Flat HP Quints. This results in stronger jungling and laning. HP quints are stronger in the late game when everything is burst, but the margin is pretty small, whereas the margin by which the regen quints outperform in early game is quite large.

malphace is still ridiculously strong, lol. stop listening to every joe shmoe who thinks they understand how a nerf affected X character.
