Gragas is a decent support, Gambit wasn't the only one that did it.

Also Gambit is hit or miss now, they beat top teams when they feel like it while also losing to lower leveled teams when they feel like it.
Nuu it's not saying they the best, just saiyan that they literally do well or badly at random times. I rooting for NiP anyways in EU.

I feel like Gambit rolls a skill level before every game which determines if they play amazing or suck.

I personally ban Kayle, Kass, Nid, Braum, Jax, Vi in that order lol.

Vi mainly juts because Ive always banned her since her release so its like tradition.

Nid isn't the 1.5k damage spear anymore so dunno about bans on her while Vi I never see banned. I see more lee sin or elise bans for jungles over her.

I know I ban Kayle everytime I get the chance. I also ban Evelynn because nobody in my elo knows how to deal with her during laning phase.

Note for self : try to see if censer works with the relic shield passive.

Speaking of buffs, I think Shen really needs one. I think people generally exaggerate how important the 'meta' is in determining whether a champ is good or not, but Shen is one case who has really been screwed over by the meta. It's not that you can't use him, it's that the teleport changes have made him obsolete. His kit was balanced around the unique niche his ult gave him, but the new teleport has ruined that. Other top laners, all of which outdamage him and are innately tankier (and also have combat ults) can basically just run teleport and do what he did, but better because they're innately stronger. And it's not like you're punished for not taking ignite against him because his kill potential is pretty low. I think they either need to buff his bases, or make him be able to shield himself with his ult.

Every Shen game I play is the same regardless of whether I'm versing bronze/silvers in ranked or golds/plats/diamonds in normals. I outtrade them pre6/before first back, then instantly lose lane after that because of getting outscaled and having no combat ult. Unless I verse Elise, then I just get rekt from level one. Elise is like the best top laner in the game though so w/e.

New Nid is ********. I never banned her back when she was 100% spears, but now she's breached into my opinion as ban worthy. New Nid still has strong poke (not old Nid strong, but good) but now becomes an inescapable Godmode champ with crazy Cougar burst whenever you get hit by a spear or step on a trap. And speaking of her traps, they do so much damage now. And she still has that crazy escape power. Shes dumb.

I think Gragas support is legit. He's obnoxiously tanky and has decent poke in lane, and his ult still ruins days.

Master Yi
Xin Zhao

I never ban Xin, LB, or Fizz. I used to permaban Yi when FF was overpowered as hell, and now Yi is still overpowered against uncoordinated teams but there's more important stuff to ban. I permaban Kayle because I'm bad at her and her ult is absurd for its short CD, and Braum is I guess just pretty op so I ban him.
I mostly ban Jax, Nid, and Kayle.
Nid's winrate is 40% since the patch but I dunno why, people just probably aren't playing her right. If you take her top and land a spear or trap you can pretty much ravage anyone with your stupid hunt-enhanced cougar move. She can no longer 1-2 shot people with spears, instead, the spears are now thinner and can 2-3 shot, so at least that's nice.
I'm assuming people are trying to still build her AD/old Nid splitpush build (Bork, Iceborn, and Triforce are high up in her items built, according to lolking, not sure if that's up to date with this patch) but you just need to build her pure AP now. Zhonyas and DFG are pretty nice.

Gragas support seems legit if you look at his kit, I just don't know what his skill order is.

Also I like how his passive is basically just half of Zac's passive. Kind of like how Wukong's passive is just a worse version of Shyvana's.

Thankfully I go kha'zix top most of the time so any nids I've faced I destroy cause I let the spears hit and hope the same thing with lee sindrome with them jumping in. Free isolation.

Yeah new nid is so strong early.

I was playing some champ bot lane and there was a nidalee support. She hit me with a spear then turned into cat form and used takedown and it did over half my health

and we were at level 1

and I flashed away because i had no idea what was happening :<

Shyv's passive in dragonform is the same as Wu's passive when he's around 5 enemy champs. Shyv gets more resistances in lane than Wu in humanform. The only time Wu will have more resistances from his passive than Shyv is if he's around 4-5 enemies when she's still in humanform.

Zac's also costs health to use those spells and has to grab the ooze off the ground to get that health back, without getting killed by the enemy laner.

Shaya- The spells cost 4% of his current health, whereas the blobs heal for 4% of his max health. I suppose you could say that he won't pick up every single blob, but he's normally against melees who have to fight him in his minion wave to contest the blobs. It's also manaless too (though to be fair Grag's W is manaless too).

wukong passive is pretty much directly worse than shyvanas but zac /gragas passive are pretty different, gragas passive is gated by a build in non-reduceable cooldown whereas zac can get a TON of blobs out during ult (and if the pbe changes go through hes going to be a terror)

To be fair the reign of Elise, Lee sin, Eve, and Kha'zix needed to be changed since supports and mid laners been kinda diverse since preseason, while junglers top and ad hopped around a bit but sat on some characters fer awhile.

With Kha'zix nerfed the "trinity" junglers are Elise and Lee sin with Eve barely used (lcs wise which is why amazing meteos etc. keep using **** like rengo jarvan voli or vi).
So buffs to Maokai and Zac soon along with Skarner rework hitting live now will hopefully bring them back. (or at least maokai or skarner, plz no more reign of zac)

I cannot play Jungle Voli. Jungle Voli does not fit my play style, although I can play Top Voli just fine.

I think it's because I require a warmogs ASAP in order to be effective, and it's just too expensive for a jungler who makes his money mainly from ganks and a little bit from jungle farming.

If you don't make monies in the jungle with Voli it means you aren't playing him with feral flare.

then they baron and lose it to a Leona ult

I would honestly be fine with Baron being removed from solo queue
